You can not lose Direct Referrals except they Stop Working and does not earn you Commissions more.
What a Countdown do you mean? But you dont have anything from Share BTC with your Referrals except
to Motivate them to be Actibe in case they see that they got BTC Shared by Upline.

You can't loose direct referrals. It's not that website where you can rent referrals for a certain period.
But you can "loose" referrals in other way - they can just stop using faucet because they get bored or they aren't happy about earnings. For this reason you have always search for now referrals and promote your ref link.

I have an average hashrate of 60 h/s. And solved more than 150,000 hashes. I have been doing freebitco mine for some time, but from past few days, I am not getting any income from them.
