I also no longer receive WOFs but my slow withdrawal arrived in 48 hours so I don't think it's a scam but I'm worried about the fact that they don't respond anymore.

I felt much better about the site when he was here every day answering questions and providing support
That and the ongoing issues with very little communication from the site admins makes me feel uneasy about a place I've been a loyal member for many years

Yeah I recently noticed I'm not getting my daily WOF rolls anymore even though I have the FUN tokens. Not sure when it stopped but I first noticed it a couple weeks ago. Might have been right around when they introduced the pay RP to skip captcha thing IDK
Been using this site for almost 10 years now and this is the first time anything particularly shady has happened. Not sure if intentional or just a bug but I'm thinking about pulling my remaining coin out

He went silent all of a sudden in April. Then freebitco.in PR posted a message in June saying that he has a new role: Dear BTC Talk Community,
We have conducted a thorough review and found no issues on the website. It is possible that specific users may have encountered problems due to viruses or plugins they installed, which are beyond our control.
TheQuin is currently focusing on fraud prevention across our multiple properties and is no longer active on the forum. Customer support will now be handled by a professional team.

i finally got a response from the customer support regarding the wof spins from premium.
im a user with a low 100k usernumber,been using the site for quite some time now.
this is the email , i hope they got the stuff soon fixed:
Hi,
Firstly, I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your query.
We have experienced a significant increase in customer emails recently, and we are working diligently to address each one.
We are aware of an issue where Free spins are not being credited as part of the Premium programme, this is being actively investigated internally and we expect a resolution asap.
All spins will be credited to customers who have been affected along with a bonus as a thank you for your patience, I am not able to provide a specific time frame for this fix but we are working rapidly internally to resolve this.

July 26 premium spins stopped for me although some members reported they were still receiving them. They resumed briefly Aug 11, I think it was just for a couple of days, but then stopped again. |

It was 18th September when I got spins on email last time. But today I finally got email with free spin. It's not enough that they're not fixing issue with Premium WoF spins, now they're not sending spins for our email subscription as supposed. |
