So, I thought since a guy is receiving WoF spins every day even after selling his FUN tokens, probably other members who did not receive their spins have started to receive their rewards. Thanks for confirming that you did not get anything. So, maybe it is some selected members who are still getting these spins.

I don't think freebitcoin has any special lists of users to distribute WoF spins. And those cases when some users get spins even after selling FUN tokens seem to be just another bug.
Frankly speaking, it isn't clear why the freebitcoin team has had problems with the distribution of WoF spins since last year. From a technical point of view, the distribution of spins to premium users shouldn't be a difficult task.

AFAIK withdrawls have been working fine for most members. That is, unless you got some skeletons in your closet, like affiliate abuse or some similar nonesence, you're fine.
Having said that, many people will pretend they are innocent of above mentioned accusations and hope support will believe.
To this day, withdrawls of BTC are working fine on the website

Me and a few other members have the problems with FUN withdrawals/
These scammers sent fun tokens with ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender error
After providing all the info regarding address, txhash they just ignore me or set the ticket as resolved..
It has been since aug24 when the problem appeared firstly

Exactly the same for me. I withdrew 550k FUN and their wallet was empty so they sent a blank tx (same "check with sender message"), so my account on FBTC was debited 550k FUN but they never made it to my wallet. I wrote a DM and they actually replied fairly quickly saying they would get back to me within a week. This was 2 months ago on March 6th. Then no response since....

In your case a flag of another type could be created, for contractual violation, but having this one active and having wetsuit 6 red tags I don't think it's worth it. There is nothing more we can do from the forum and there is no one from freebitco.in active on the forum for a long time.

Even after having these red flags against this casino and also a lot of discussion on this thread about the freebitco issues and how they aren't operating as good as before and all those withdrawal issues are extensively discussed, but still we find people come here complaining that their withdrawals are stuck and other issues. This is strange because even after reading all this, they are willing to deposit there and then complain when things didn't turn out as expected  Shocked 
I am sure that it is not like those people didn't about this forum and find this ANN thread after getting scammed by freebitco  Huh

I got 32 wofs yesterday and 32 wofs today. So they're paying at least for the last level premium members. But there is a problem, I can't claim those wofs, even if I buy a wof with rp, it doesn't work.
They were right they want to pay double wof, but they should fix this issue.

I don't think so, perhaps the premium wof distribution system were paused, and now they're gonna resume it,  and because of that , it's paying for those who didn't get it until the day they sold their tokens.

More often than not withdrawals work. The first 2 of my withdrawals worked. The last one didn't. The problem happens when this address https://etherscan.io/address/0x12d4017f232ebb4327e8e0082ed4337084bf2e84#tokentxns doesn't have enough FUN tokens in their balance and you make a withdrawal that is greater than the amount of FUN currently held. When this happens you then get a blank tx/the error with the "check with sender"

I didn't look at this address before I withdrew the last time and so I got the confirmation email: "FreeBitco.in - FUN Withdrawal Sent - We sent a withdrawal of 544310 FUN with the transaction hash 0x472a243dda6c1529be6bfb2fe5b5899d782ae9b2c07049165d6fdf532a2552ff to your wallet at 0x7fc007d3d94dfd2dfc19f3fd4c3a41036202b8da."

Only they didn't send any FUN because their wallet was practically empty and they hadn't resupplied.. and this was on February 7th... So they stole 544310 FUN from me 3 months ago and support has been nonexistent and not answering me since then.

That's about $26K at today's exchange rate. If it weren't for the fact that the site is in internet limbo and we don't even know which jurisdiction it answers to, it would be enough to consider taking legal action against it. And even more if you get a few aggrieved people together. But as things stand it is difficult.

You can't fix something you're not an expert in - and I don't know how many times I need to repeat that everything clearly indicates that the business was sold to someone obviously completely incompetent. If serious people took matters into their own hands, I think that in 1 month (if not sooner) everything would work as before.

Now its long time this site having bugs which are not fixed by team which is surely creating feud and many things are also happening which are surely needed to be fixed but no positive response coming.
Many posts are indicating about few things which are understandable WOF are not working while many are facing deposits and withdrawals issues even few are having good feedback as their things are taking time but working ok its really miserable.
I don't think so, perhaps the premium wof distribution system were paused, and now they're gonna resume it,  and because of that , it's paying for those who didn't get it until the day they sold their tokens.
I personally was feeling things will be taken time and settled but its look like they are not caring about this and just enjoying which is coming recently few friends had problems with their wagering statics they send support about this with proof but no one have any response which is really frustrating now mostly are going with their alternative options because they are feeling it's all waste of time and nothing positive are coming in near future.

If it weren't for the fact that the site is in internet limbo and we don't even know which jurisdiction it answers to, it would be enough to consider taking legal action against it. And even more if you get a few aggrieved people together. But as things stand it is difficult.

I calculated it at $2,700, but it's still unacceptable if true. I found out that the company, FBC BV, is based in Curaçao, a Dutch territory in the Caribbean. This would explain why the Dutch government imposed a penalty on the site: https://next.io/news/regulation/ksa-imposes-weekly-penalty-fbc-bv/

So it seems to me the Dutch government is a possible avenue for those missing funds. Obviously, I would prefer the site owner to resolve these issues before they escalate. I just don't think whoever runs the site is out of reach - just because people say and believe so does not make it true.

I just checked and didn’t receive anything. Granted I sold all my tokens a while ago but they should still credit the WOF spins that are missing. Anyways, lets see how long they will distribute the WOF spins now. Anyone else receiving them?

As a rule, in any bona fide business, the change of ownership is smooth and without much trouble for the end user. Let's assume that freebitcoin does have a new owner. Still, then the question arises: why is he not interested in developing the platform? The fact that trivial problems on the site last for months and there is almost no communication with users indicates that the new owner is not particularly interested in the site's development.
It's not the incompetence of the new owner, it's something else.

I found out that the company, FBC BV, is based in Curaçao, a Dutch territory in the Caribbean. This would explain why the Dutch government imposed a penalty on the site: https://next.io/news/regulation/ksa-imposes-weekly-penalty-fbc-bv/

So it seems to me the Dutch government is a possible avenue for those missing funds.

How so? The only way he would be entitled to anything is if he were a resident in the Netherlands, and he would have broken the law anyway by accessing a gambling site without a Dutch license.

Obviously, I would prefer the site owner to resolve these issues before they escalate. I just don't think whoever runs the site is out of reach - just because people say and believe so does not make it true.

Yeah, that would be the ideal way. Just starting an international legal proceeding would cost him more than $2.7K.
