I haven't been able to get the Wheel of Fortune since August 2024. That's a shame, because I bought their FUN tokens when they weren't even listed yet, and at a ridiculous price compared to today. I've written many tickets, with no results. It looks like they're preparing an exit scam. I assume they're still making some profit from new users, which is why they're still online.

This makes me sad, because I've been using the website for over 8 years.

Don't be surprised even if they give 10% APY to the previously locked FUN tokens. You won't get any explanation if they apply it to the previously locked tokens too. That's a sudden change, but something like that isn't surprising.

It's also displaying that I have membership benefits, shockingly, but it says I get 1 WOF spin per day instead of the 13 I should be getting, and it doesn't seem to be actually giving me this alleged WOF spin.

[Refund Request] Dortmund vs Barcelona Match – Misleading Date/Result (Bet Placed Before April 16 Match)

Hello Freebitco.in team and community,

On April 10, Google showed that the Dortmund vs Barcelona UEFA Champions League match had already been played, with Barcelona shown as the winner. Based on this, I (and many other users) assumed the match was already over and placed high bets expecting a confirmed result.

I personally bet 0.005 BTC under this assumption. However, the actual match was played today, April 16, and the result was different. This created confusion for many users — over 4.5 BTC was wagered on this match based on the misleading info.

In the past, Freebitco.in has refunded users in similar cases where timing or external misinformation led to accidental bets. I’ve contacted support but haven’t received a response yet.

I respectfully request the Freebitco.in team to look into this and consider issuing refunds as a goodwill gesture.

What you say is a beat confusing because if you've bet on Barcelona as you claim then your bet has won as you can see on the screenshot below. The market was actually on the team able to qualify to the Semi Finals and not on the winner of this leg as it has been explained above. That's why there was only 2 outcomes available (Dortmund and Barcelona) instead of 3 like a normal 1x2 bet. And if you look at the percentages of stakes placed, you will see that almost 100% of the 4.8BTC pool has been put on Barcelona, and not on the losing outcome as you seem to think. Barcelona won the first leg 4-0 so Dortmund had almost 0% chances to be able to get qualified. That's why so large stakes has been placed on this market.
I guess you are living in Asia(or Oceania) and you don't know much about UEFA Champions League but you've noticed the large size of this market, so you thought people were massively betting on it because the outcome was already known, then you've checked on Google and the result of the first leg misled you LOL You were half right finally, the outcome was (almost) known indeed but not because the match was already played...
BTW CMIIW but it's not accepted to try to cheat by betting on matches already finished so you should be careful when you try to do that IMO if you don't want to risk losing your stake or even maybe your account.

However, this doesn't mean that the website is trustworthy. Since July 2024, people are not receiving their Wheel of Fortune spins anymore, me as well. Some other people are having problems withdrawing money from the website, other people are complaining that they are getting "Internal Server Errors 500" constantly.

My plan is to wait until I can withdraw the FUN tokens I have there, sell them if they allow the withdrawal and never look back.

They just used that so people would think that they are doing something just to decrease the supply of their token. But it doesn't change anything especially if there's no new demand came.

Also APY they offer to their community doesn't make any sense now since to many people does not trust FUN token anymore and base on what I see people used to have it choose to dump their token because many people feels like its not worth it to hold this token anymore. Maybe they would struggle to convince people to like or adapt on what they implemented because maybe people is skeptical due to their current reputation.

Well, we never can really tell, because even casinos without tokens sometimes also get into reputational issues.
So we can't really conclude that the reason freebitco is in this mess they are in today is due to the token they adopted.

And another thing we ought also to ask and make ourselves aware of is the fact that the issues they have with their reputation currently may not even be a problem to them at all, imagine how much they must have made from this token since they adopted it, so right now, if they are sitting on what we usually will term as a generational wealth, note that this issue with the casino at the moment isnt a trouble to them at all because if it really was, they would have looked for a way to resolve the issue and continue to operate the business normally like before.

If you have the time, accumulating free FUN tokens isn't a bad idea, but I would not recommend buying the FUN token at these high prices.
