I deposited some BTC around 0.0125 BTC, I didn't know the site was offline.
The deposit showed as pending when it came back up.
I wrote a ticket to the Support (which is useless). They replied: We'll pick up your ticket soon.
Now it shows as completed. But I never received the funds in my account.

It's been almost a month and I don't think I'll ever receive it.

Well, sorry for your loss bro, 0.0125 btc is a whole lots of money bud, but I guess you have alot of it, so losing this amount isn't a big deal..

On a more serious note though, you should have come here  a month ago to find out the current state of this casino before you make the decision of depositing that huge sum to the casino, issues with this casino started over one year ago and have lasted till then, many have lost money through this same means, while some withdrawal and never received it on the wallet they submitted, but rather discovered that their withdrawal was sent to a different wallet.

A simple research before depositing this fund would have possibly made the difference, but all the same, the deed is done already, you have no choice but to move on, though I hope you do get your money back some how, if possible.

Yes the story is true, unfortunately on this website you can't see a list of internal transactions. Hopefully FBC does have all the internal transactions and they can see that the numbers in my account don't match. Deposits - minus gamblings/various things you can do on the website minus withdrawals since the site went down. That would show that the funds were never credited.

So I can't really prove on this forum, that I didnt gamble the funds away but hopefully they see the error in their accounting.
But since their support is non-existent, I consider the funds lost or even stolen.

There is little more we can do from the forum. The author of this thread has an active flag against him, and several red tags. In other cases of deposits or withdrawals we have seen that have taken time to process but finally have done so, however in your case I am afraid that with the time that has passed and how bad the site has been working for a year probably you will not be able to recover it.

I earned the FUN tokens for free, so I locked them up. So it's no loss other than time if this site goes down. Come to think about it, running a website like FBC requires a high level of technical expertise and ethics, especially in the absence of regulations in the opaque world of crypto gambling. However it's also potentially very profitable. So running such a business into the ground would suggest incompetence - possibly shown by the many technical issues reported by users (however I'm hoping for the best and that FBC will clean up these issues eventually). On the other hand, a gambling site could be targeted by regulators somewhere eventually, so I'd be more careful in dealing with customers - but I don't run the show. These people could bring unwanted attention to themselves with these antics.

Very boringly the BTC price ended up the month on the most chosen or favorite bet for April and now its just reflecting the current pricing.   I estimate if we can pass this current area as it seems quite capable, just now above the 150 day average if anyone is noting but of significance for other reasons like being lows of late last year a bullish period; if we hold that then 110k becomes viable not even capped by the prospect of 100k which as an even number holds magical significance but not really :p

Not here to doubt anything or appear pessimistic, but let's also consider the possibility of the team being the ones behind the billions of fun tokens being locked, or atleast, majority of it..
First question coming to my mind while seeing the number of fun tokens that been locked is, who are the people behind the rise in the price of fun token that happened recently? Who were the investors who drove the price of fun token to that level? Who ever or those who are responsible may likely be the ones who are also responsible for the exponential growth currently happening in the number of fun tokens that are locked..

But all the same, I am extremely happy if the team behind freebitco (whether they are the same old team or new ones) are finally working to fix the site and restore users trust and confidence in them, let hope and believe that things will continue to get better from now on, no more surprises and issues that raises concerns as to whether we can really trust this casino or not..

I just found out that freebitco.in has had issues for a long time, I remember when I first tried it wayback in 2017 it seemed to be fine. But now it's not.
Although I haven't experienced depositing a large amount here.

Maybe some people aren't aware of all the problems that they are having as withdrawals are still working even if they take a bit longer? Due to work, I couldn't be active on the forum but still logged in to freebitco.in sometimes but didn't realize that there was no more credit of the WOF spins as I had so many saved up. You can show the proof of making deposit by posting the transaction link here. Also include the screenshot of your deposit page so that we can match the deposit address. However, it won't help to get your funds credited. You have to wait until Freebitco team takes an action. A user had waited for his deposit issue to be resolved for a few months even when "TheQuin" was active here in the forum. His issue was a bit different though (see here).

Yes that issue seems similar and shows how difficult it is to get in contact with the right people.
The only thing I can prove is that I never got the e-mail that the deposit was credited because the site was down (without my knowledge).

It shows as completed on FBC and the blockchain, but the funds were never credited to the account. When the site came back up it was still showing for pending for a couple days.

I then did a small test deposit to see if I can trigger anything to get it credited. Maybe that added to the problem.

Only they can look into my account and see that the numbers don't add up. I only got a standard reply from Fin, who runs the customer support that they will look into it.
