Hallo,
kann jemand sagen wieviele Wetten man hintereinander max verlieren kann?

Direct Google translation from German to English : "Hello,
can someone say how many bets you can lose max at a time?"

Answer : There are no specific amounts of bets that are configured by the site, for you too win or loose bets. The site is using a provable fair betting system, so you can test this for yourself.  Wink  <Each bet can be verified for fairness>  Wink

Hope that answers your question.  Wink

That Google translate is getting better every day! Smiley It even proposed me this version:

Quote
Hello, can anyone say how many bets you can lose in a row?

Which I think is closer to what maestro0 meant to ask. And some people doubt that AI can surpass humans in all respects soon. Smiley

I think maestro0 has just started playing dice and after losing, say, 15 bets in a row on 50% win chance he made the post thinking that that would be impossible to happen if everything was fair.  All of us have been there at some point in the very beginning. Smiley I think learning about provably fair algorithm can be a good starting point for understanding how modern gambling works.

The biggest point in this sites favour is longegevity, simple as that.  Anywhere you go, its going to pay to respect a website thats stood the test of time.   Not that I say people wont have problems, complaints just that if it was a really rotten place it'd not be standing still.

Bitcoin itself is like a winter storm, it booms, it goes right back down again, the customers flow in and then back out.  Its a real strain on any unsteady business I imagine, this place and a couple other websites have been around forever in Bitcoin terms.   Pretty dam ancient, thats what I respect its worth remembering the older sites first is my take on anywhere I go with Bitcoin to spend, gamble whatever.
Not that there isnt good innovation elsewhere but its true in business generally, just BTC tech is pretty new so we dont get the EST. carved in stone :p

Hey it’s true Freebitco has stood the test of time, and it has only gone on to become better and better especially if you see the prices they’re now giving away. It’s not the first time someone is trying to troll them, and it won’t be the last time either that’s a small price you pay for being an industry leader. It’s pertinent to note that freebitco team even went out of their way to prove people actually were winning lotteries, many of us here initially didn’t believe but all our doubts were cleared, hence for me they’re 100% legit.

friends, be careful with this site, they will steal your bitcoins. they are scammers
ahah, really? I said half a year ago that this is exactly what they will do. first asked to replenish the account to unlock all the bonuses, and then stole all the money)) new business, handsome)) greed will ruin you
I want to tell you that imagine or not, freebitco was recommended by some financial industrials in one country when bitcoin was new to people, they suggested freebitco as a way of collecting bitcoins. This website was very popular when price was low and they had 1 btc every hour, now maybe they losts their popularity but not trust, don't spread wrong messages, they don't steal money.
I just used the website, was invited referrals and collect your free Satoshi. sometimes played as a gambling game.
I had a small amount of bitcoins in my account, the bulk of which was deposited by me. they took everything from me. they said I was stealing from them. How can you steal what they give for free every hour?  it turns out everyone who uses this site steals from them? everyone who hasn't lost of course...

Not true. We only ban abusers that make multiple free rolls every hour and/or self refer to abuse the referral system. You stole and withdrew much more from us than the small balance that was on your many accounts.
Freebitco is faucet website yeah? I was using that in past for fun when you were giving away 1btc/hour. I was making multiple freerols, never had any problem. So logically if you are faucet website in idea and also offer dice to multiple your faucet income, then why would you call abusing to multiple freerolls? I have no idea...

this is the whole problem that now the one who does not lose in gambling-automatically abuse the site. they block it. thieves and scammers

Freebitco isn't a sole faucet site. While its main attraction is that, it relies on gambling to sustain its business.

@shield, casino profits don't always swing to the way of the house.
I don't think wetsuit is going to start selling his mining rigs to cover that cost let's put it that way...

Sure, the house normally wins, but on a lot of these gambling sites, if it's not continuous and steady profits there are random corrections that could be huge enough to bankrupt the site. Sure 1.6k btc is <100 bets from the site becoming completely at a loss but just a few bets winning and hitting the maximum at 20btc would be a cause for concern. I assume the 1.6k btc user savings includes wetsuits stash that he's willing to give up to the cause before giving up and turning the servers off?

It isn't a bad site and their previous business model was a good one, I'm just not sure how stable this new one is...

The 80 bets to topple the site might be an unexpected amount to happen but it does also seem quite small...

No. The user savings are not the bankroll. The bankroll wetsuit has is adequate for maximum win per bet of 20 BTC. Certainly more so than those sites that use leveraged investments.

That's why Quin disables/ bans those who simply claim and not wager because there are no advertisements on the site. Or else how's he gonna pay the bills and punters?

I don't. We allow people to just use the faucet if they want. That is one thing that distinguishes us from other gambling sites. I only ban people for abuse by multi-accounting and self-referring.

Hallo,
kann jemand sagen wieviele Wetten man hintereinander max verlieren kann?

Direct Google translation from German to English : "Hello,
can someone say how many bets you can lose max at a time?"

Answer : There are no specific amounts of bets that are configured by the site, for you too win or loose bets. The site is using a provable fair betting system, so you can test this for yourself.  Wink  <Each bet can be verified for fairness>  Wink

Hope that answers your question.  Wink

Yes, of course they are faucet website which guarantee player some amount to be claimed. The problem is not about their site but on the people who keeps on claiming their freeroll, although it is a free but there is no way that you guys can keep on abusing it. Each of players can do multiple accounts(apparently) but they can't self-refer for themselves or even using any third party to claim it more than one time per hour. You can see this site and compare their faucet to others site, I do not think that any site giving this huge amount per claim

Firstly, you are not in the Local, and thus please try to write in English, use Google translate at least. This is the last time I'm answering to a post which is not in English.

Secondly, you've never mentioned what win chance you were betting with. Was it 47.50%? Anyway, even with 47.50% win chance losing 26 bets in a row is possible. With hundreds of thousands bets you are almost certainly going to hit that losing streak, but it is not impossible to hit it right away as well.

Well that should be really unlikely, thats a coin flip odds almost.     Just 5 coin flips all being heads is below 4% (1 in 32 odds) so given 100 people attempting this task, only 4 should be succeeding in all heads on 5 coin flips or 40 for a 1000 people separately attempting the task.

Think thats correct, might be lower school maths even.   So for 15 sequential attempts at 47.5% odds it comes back like below 0.2% and 26 attempts I dont even have that as a readable number Tongue  its tiny, national lottery type odds.
I'll go see if I can find a handy website that would confirm, give a readout on that

I can imagine why someone would want to make multiple accounts in order to make more money even if it is small amounts. We consider the first world country living salaries as 1000+ dollars a month but there are many countries where making 100+ dollars a month is amazing money for kids and young adults, consider the fact that minimum salary is about 200-300 dollars in at least 50 countries, it wouldn't be shocking why someone would have 100 accounts and keep abusing the faucet over and over again all day every day since that is literally free money by doing nothing.

Of course they should be banned and of course all the money they have on their account should be taken away from them since all of it is illegal but in the end we can't be really surprised when they start doing it again later on because there is no mechanism that makes them stop before doing it, all you can do is ban them when they do it, nothing freebitco.in can do before they start doing it.

I hope there will be some IP solution to stop them before they even try in the future because I love the website and don't want to see it go because of these scammers.

They probably have a solution to stop anyone from abusing the referral system. If you haven't watched this thread before you'll see a lot of them complain on this thread, warn others to not use this site and asking the reason for their ban then TheQuin comes in to expose them one by one.

That's right, and therefore the odds of losing 26 bets in a row at 47.50% win chance would be once every 18,873,746 bets. Still a big number, but not as big as 254 million.

Playing years on various dice sites, I personally never had that experience, nor I've seen that anyone else had. So it would be interesting if maestro0_5 could provide us with a screenshot. I'm inclined to think that he was betting with 20% win chance or something like that.

It's happened to me already, not even at this site but at a 1% house edge site, and I didn't even reach 1 million bets haha. Just goes to show what variance can do to kill you. And 18.8 mil bets? that's like betting 1 satoshi and after losing 26 bets you can lose about 0.38 BTC. Lots of people I'm sure have lost that amount just doing 1 satoshi martingale.

Anyway, my stats at Freebitco.in aren't good. Busted 0.02 deposit, after fewer than 1 million bets. Took a lot of rewards from the x5 promos, and managed to unlock bonuses, and had a lot of fun, so no big deal.

This is basically no problem as proof if someone can tell me how to search faster in my story than to scroll back. It was already in November !!
It was a normal setting with 1 Satoshi at 47.5%

Hi, as far as I know there is no faster method for browsing through roll history, you just have to click through.
Unrelated tip for the future: forum admins and users in general are expected not to post quotation pyramids (a lot of posts from other people in one quote).

@TheQuin (he is the official person of contact for freebitco here)
What are the chances for using reward points to increase interest rates, something like 1000RP for 0.000001% (per day)?
And as always; any updates about new layout/rebranding?

I tried replicating your losing streak and after a few minutes the highest I got over 4k rolls was ~10 losses in a row. With how fast their betting speed is at low bet amounts I might hit it within a day if I continued betting. I would be impressed if those losing streaks came from a x1.01 multiplier which is the highest win %.

No site offers this, to my knowledge. You have to remember your bet ID maybe.
I don't see any bet ID from the site though. All I see is the verifier and the time the bet was made.
