It's been 4 hours and I still haven't heard back from you.

I am especially writing a message to the topic and updating it so that friends who play or will play will be informed.



The site has been like this for many months. I understand that if you have business with them as referrals, you continue to work with them, but things like what is happening to you are very common. Although being fair I can tell you that I have been following the issue and I think that most likely they will process your withdrawal, although I don't know when. Sometimes it can take up to a week.

Do not need to write here because it is useless.

First of all, thank you for your response. I do not work with them as a reference and I am a normal user, I have been actively using them since 2015.

I am just informing them of the delay and I have already sent them a message from their website but there has been no response. I wish that the process in question is accelerated and that I can get my assets back as soon as possible.

The reason I am sending a message here is that if there is someone who thinks the same way as me and is going to deposit money to the site, I want them to see these messages and act accordingly.

Is there any message displayed beside your pending withdrawal?
Maybe, your transaction has been flagged to be reviewed manually. If that's the case, you have to wait some time, even if you requested an instant withdrawal.

My balance has not changed except for a very small amount from daily interest and referral rewards. I also did not receive any WOF spins for the past day. They were being credited for a few days but they have stopped again. So then thateaves the question of how am I all the sudden banned from an account I haven't even accessed in years? Now that I may have a solution I can't check it because the account has been blocked. Unless someone else was using it Improperly?  How can I dispute this?  That is why the password can't be reset. The account was recently banned and it was within the last month. Also I do have a seed but the o figure somehow the paper was torn and missing the 11th word

Well, you have stated the fact and I completely agree, specially on the area of them issuing an official statement anything there is anything wrong behind the scene that could affect users in some way or the other, this is something many of us called for in the beginning of this whole issue they seem to still be deep in at the moment, but no one from team listened, i doubt if they are even reading our concerns here.

Same here, the spins were credited twice daily for a few days until the end of September.
Maybe that was just a test before they fully running automation to give the reward as before.

Yes, that is only running for few days and if I am not mistaken, yesterday is the last time they give WoF and today, that is stop.

I guess their team still working and make sure that no problem on their site.

I am not sure of this. It was not the first time they stopped giving WOF spins after crediting some.

I just checked my WOF spins history.
They stopped giving WOF spins on July 26, credited once on August 11 and then from August 16 to August 18. They also credited the WOF spins on September 2 and then from September 25 to September 30.

Yes, they stop giving WoF as usual but there is no news from them or their representative. We hope that is just a routine maintenance from their site but I guess not because the site still running and I can roll free satoshi from their site.

Until yesterday (and no news so far) I was missing WoFs between 29jul24 and 24sept24 and the main difference to your picture is that I received none in August.
