How much was your withdrawal exactly? Because if it's not a tiny withdrawal, it's not very surprising actually. Since several months now, all large withdrawals seem to be manually checked (in order to prevent more people from losing their funds by being hacked I guess).

As far as I know, they usually flag withdrawals to be reviewed manually, if the user is suspected of abusing the website with multiple accounts or bots. That may even be applied to small withdrawals and has been always like this.

I remember I had a very small withdrawal about 2 years ago and it was flagged to be reviewed manaully.

Does anyone understand what's going on with this site? Where did the betting bookmark go? What's going on anyway? I think they are afraid to just close down, but they want to disappear gradually without noise when all the players leave their site, because they intentionally harm. The good thing is that there are many more alternatives to this site, but it's still unpleasant.

They may disappear quietly, but I still think that such a thing will not happen. There are problems, and they are so slow to solve them, but it has been going on for so long that there probably won't be any major changes in the near future.

I would probably agree with you that the site is different from other casinos. Nevertheless, it is unpleasant when there is so much negativity around the site that you begin to fear for your funds. Someone wrote here that we no longer get WoF spins with the premium membership. We were not informed by the representatives of this casino, probably no one received an email with such a notification, they did not even remove it from the site...



And now someone will look at the site and maybe buy FUN tokens and expect to get WoF spins...

I did on the moment the forum received a lot of complaints from big rollers about a malicious script being introduced to their browsers, which sent their funds to unknown addresses. Since then, freebitco.in is going downhill. Issues are never fixed and keep accumulating from times to times.

That is why it's important to withdraw funds as soon as possible. We never know for how long we will still be able to do so.

One of the owners could have had a serious stroke of fate or even died - or run away with funds like it happened at stakecube. At stakecube there was a staff that cared about the site and brought it back on track as good as possible. But if there is no such staff...

I made a slow withdrawal last night (17 hours ago) and it hasn't been processed yet. It's still "pending payout" on the page.

Normally it never went past 10 hours.

Update: 20 hours ago has been processed and all is ok.

You are lucky to get your withdrawal processed. Seeing all these feedback from the gamblers about freebitco and getting your money back, will you deposit again and risk your money again ? I am sure your answer will be No, even though your money has been released by the freebitco but your trust is shattered.
This is a major problem for freebitco that even if they resolve the issues of their users slowly and steadily, many people won't return to freebitco once they get their withdrawals. You can solve people's problems over time but gaining the trust back is very different, returning customers may be less.

I think they could retrieve their reputation yet. The point is that they don't seem interested in doing so. They just don't care anymore. The site is slowly dying, traffic is decreasing within time, volume of deposits and bets will inevitably decrease as well, so at some point they will announce the site is going to be deactivated, just like they did with freedoge.co.in years ago.

That is my guess, because everything is going down this road since the beginning of 2024, what coincidentaly matches with the new bull season and Bitcoin's ATH. They act like the subject who reached a life status where to work isn't necessary anymore. Financially they are satisfied, so this platform has become secondary or maybe obsolete, like something from a distant past they completely lost touch with.

Prior to this time I have been optimistic about freebitco.in that they would manage to find a way out of their predicament and get back on track but it seem as though things continually gets worse with their services as the days goes on... pretty going like they are passing through the last kicks of a dieing horse because for their calibre it shouldn't take this long to have gotten things under control. What I don't really grab is what they could be afraid of in coming out clean to announce their intentions to users if they really want to wind down business or not.
