A 7% rise in BTC price for September isn't so bad, considering that September was usually a bad month for BTC in previous years.

The support is not that active anymore on dealing issue on the ANN thread. You have high chance of getting an answer on the website despite being slow compared here on the ANN thread. Withdrawal delay is not new issue here since there’s a lot of same cases in the past that got resolved by being patient and most cases is same to you that pay premium fee to speed up the transaction.

Expect always a delay and avoid withdrawal on the same time that you need it to avoid potential problem in case this kind of issue happened since this will always persist due to the new management of the casino.

First of all, thank you very much for your answer. I am a member who has been actively using this place for a long time. It is a place that I actively use even when it has problems. I did not experience any delay in withdrawing until two days ago. I always come and examine the issue before making a transaction, that is, before investing. First of all, thank you for your response. I do not work with them as a reference and I am a normal user, I have been actively using them since 2015.

I am just informing them of the delay and I have already sent them a message from their website but there has been no response. I wish that the process in question is accelerated and that I can get my assets back as soon as possible.

The reason I am sending a message here is that if there is someone who thinks the same way as me and is going to deposit money to the site, I want them to see these messages and act accordingly.

Is there any message displayed beside your pending withdrawal?
Maybe, your transaction has been flagged to be reviewed manually. If that's the case, you have to wait some time, even if you requested an instant withdrawal.

I requested an expedited withdrawal. There was no warning with it, and when I looked at the output when they processed it, it seemed like everyone experienced a significant delay.

My balance has not changed except for a very small amount from daily interest and referral rewards. I also did not receive any WOF spins for the past day. They were being credited for a few days but they have stopped again. It seemed too good to be true to think they were starting to fix things, but they are still behaving the same way they have been for the past months where things are falling apart.

So then thateaves the question of how am I all the sudden banned from an account I haven't even accessed in years? Now that I may have a solution I can't check it because the account has been blocked. Unless someone else was using it Improperly?  How can I dispute this?  That is why the password can't be reset. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, they have been that way for a long time... I still like to visit this place and have fun, but I feel like the site as a whole could do a lot better, they could address some complaints/issues faster, and I'm sure it wouldn't kill them (actually it would be great) to issue an official announcement when they run into some trouble rather than letting us guess what's going on behind the scenes.

Well, you have stated the fact and I completely agree, specially on the area of them issuing an official statement anything there is anything wrong behind the scene that could affect users in some way or the other, this is something many of us called for in the beginning of this whole issue they seem to still be deep in at the moment, but no one from team listened, i doubt if they are even reading our concerns here.

So, the fact remains that freebitco have fallen behind, I won't lie, it's been a while I last visited the site ever since this whole thing began, and this is because, nothing there interest me any more, I still have around $18 worth of bitcoin there, i am thinking that if by the end of this year, nothing has been done to fix their issues and return back to providing professional service, I just will withdraw the funds and never visit the site again (hoping they remain online till then though 😁)
