I am sure there is no technical reason why WOF is not working. They simply turn it on and off because they feel like it, or it is so profitable for them. It's not going to help them to save money, it ruins their wallet. I think that this website runs on its own, the owner doesn't care about it anymore and sooner or later Freebitco.in will shut down or there will be no player.

I doubt that website runs on it's own. They still introduces various promotions, like now they have 4x RP promotion. I think they enable it manually ,it's not that website runs automatically. Same like user above I tend to believe that there is no technical reason why WOF isn't working.
