It would make more sense for them to sell the site.

I know a buyer willing to pay millions.  (I'd have to check if I can find their email and pray it isn't lost.)

I would have had no problem believing that a couple of years ago. But now I doubt that anyone is willing to buy the freebitcoin site. Who in their right mind would spend millions to buy a gambling platform that has a bad reputation and recently had a lot of problems?

to add that their gambling business model is very different from other gambling sites, it seems to me that it is a business model that is not producing profits, just see that they are no longer having a signature campaign, I do not see any talk of the Lamborghini winner, the story of them adding that casino token was a bad move in my opinion.

so I wonder how the person who bought this site would make the site profit a lot with this same business model. I could be wrong about FreeBitco's profitability, but I do not believe that they are making a lot of profit

Maybe they already starting to feel a decline of profit after lots of casino launch their business here. This is maybe the reason on why their services also decline and they became questionable now.

For suggesting that its better to sell their casino well I think this is the better option they could do especially if they can't operate so well and retain the trust of their community.

Since maybe the new owner could offer various thing and make this site became more better again. New owner could possibly made a profit on this casino if they can handle it well and regain back the trust of their old also new gamblers.

Hello,

I lost access to my Freebitco.in account some time ago and have been trying to recover it ever since. I’ve been contacting Freebitco.in support at support@freebitco.in almost weekly, but I haven’t received any response other than the automated ticket confirmation email.

Here’s my situation:

I registered on Freebitco.in a long time ago; my user ID starts with 300000.
I actively promoted my referral link and created forum threads and even a personal website to gain referrals. At one point, I had over 100 active referrals.
I used to receive automatic withdrawals to my Bitcoin wallet.
Around 2021, I enabled 2FA, but unfortunately I lost access to my phone.
When trying to recover access, I was told that 2FA can only be disabled from the original login IP/location, but I no longer live there.
I still receive weekly emails to my registration email address with referral updates, so I know my account is still generating revenue.
I also purchased FUN tokens on the platform back in 2021.

I have several proofs of account ownership:

My Bitcoin withdrawal address
My registration email
The referral link I used
The approximate date of my last login

I’m really desperate at this point. I want to continue promoting Freebitco.in, but I can't access my account, and support hasn't helped despite numerous attempts.
If anyone here has direct contact with Freebitco.in staff or has managed to recover their account in a similar situation, I would really appreciate your help or guidance.

Thank you in advance!

Well, it's really frustrating to lose access to an account and not be able to recover it. But if I were you, I would not expect anything because freebitcoin representatives appear in this thread very rarely. Even if CSFBC ever comes to the forum, it is unlikely that they will answer your request.

Looks like Freebitco team is also using this address to process the FUN token withdrawal of the users: 0x953c7Dc07bD1e01a9c3CD168bc115D4121A86911

I just noticed that they have been sending 5 millions FUN tokens on that address from their old cold wallet address (0x99E2AE3dD7fDb5684950176551911d19D55dFCaB) beside the one you mentioned above. You can verify it by checking the transaction history of the address. This new hot wallet address is still processing the withdrawals of the users. The last outgoing FUN transaction was less than a minute ago from it. Do you have any pending withdrawal of FUN tokens?

I have several proofs of account ownership:

My Bitcoin withdrawal address
My registration email
The referral link I used
The approximate date of my last login

Typically, Only KYC is the only way to recover an account that lost 2FA since a hacker can get all those supporting details by compromising someone device.

But I think a sign message on the receiving address for the withdrawal can be a substantial document to claim ownership to your account.

However, Freebitco.in support ticket is very slow to respond. Your best chance to wait CSFB account to become active again here and handle your case.

This wallet address only handles transactions above 3k FUN.
I have always received from this wallet address.

Does Freebitco still have WoF spins issues or do they deposit spins regularly?

It would make more sense for them to sell the site.

I know a buyer willing to pay millions.  (I'd have to check if I can find their email and pray it isn't lost.)
It might not be easy to sell Freebitco. Rollin.io and few other very popular crypto casinos wanted to sell their website but they failed to find an actual client. To my mind, if Freebitco was a website similar to Rollbit, Duelbits and etc, they would easily merge with other company or sell the website to famous casino like Stake. Freebitco is a faucet-based business, which doesn't work these days, so I don't know who really wants to buy it because if someone plans to run a faucet business, they'll fail but if someone wants to run other business, then domain name isn't the best choice because it says free bitcoins.

Are you saying you could disable it without the original phone if you were in that location still?  Sounds like you need to take a trip.

Yeah maybe this is the downside of the type of business model they created since maybe the new owner won't get something especially that there's lots of changes happening now on casino industry.

But freebitco.in still a huge site so maybe there's an interested buyer will show up if they decide to list their site up for sale. Although looking at the situation its like the owners still want their site to survive since we can still see that they are still operating and doing some actions towards those several issues happening to some users. Still let see what's coming around with them if they decide to sell or try to fix their mess here.

Well, the faucet on freebitcoin has been a secondary option for a long time. In fact, in the last few years, freebitcoin could be called a gambling site because of the emphasis on spins, betting, lotteries, and the hi/lo game.
And it seems to me that the reason why they may have a hard time finding a buyer is that they don't even have a license, unlike many other crypto-gambling platforms.

I guess they pseudo-deposit them - there are still issues. One day I had 1865 spins, next day I had something like 3900 and been getting more of them all the time. Sounds good so far huh? Well when I try to spin it, then I just get the message "This free spin is expired" and spin counter resets back to 1865 spins. When I refresh the page it shows 4400 spins but in reality, under the hood, I still have 1865.

- Login rules had a few updates during recent years. So, old messages are possibly outdated and you can't take them literally because they can be now pointing out to different facts. Although this is probably useless to you, be sure that you aren't ignoring any detail from past experience.

Does Freebitco still have WoF spins issues or do they deposit spins regularly?

I guess they pseudo-deposit them - there are still issues. One day I had 1865 spins, next day I had something like 3900 and been getting more of them all the time. Sounds good so far huh? Well when I try to spin it, then I just get the message "This free spin is expired" and spin counter resets back to 1865 spins. When I refresh the page it shows 4400 spins but in reality, under the hood, I still have 1865.
You are absolutely right as I also have experienced this very same issue, but I was pretty busy at the time and unable to post about it here.

Though mine was not with such a high number of free spins, but then, I remember there was a day I got about 5 free spins, and upon trying to spin them, I encountered that error message telling me that those spins had expired, I tried different forms of fixing but nothing worked, at a point, I thought about contacting their customer care to find out what the issue really is, but I later changed my mind since I believe the number of spins involved isn't even worth the stress I would have to go through to reach the customer care.

So for now, I believe the casino is still experiencing some issues either as a result of bugs or the team are simply playing a fast one on their users.

Hello,
.........

should your country was blocked?
 check here>   https://freebitco.in/tos/

...also...
Then I saw this headline: “Dutch Gambling Authority imposes penalty on Freebitco.in operator over illegal gaming.”
Anyone know what’s going on with that?
This isn't a recent issue. We have heard about it a few months ago. If I'm not wrong, then the whole issue is still pending for the final ruling of the court. Anyway, it will be better for you to stay aware if you are from Netherlands. Freebitco terms were like that

5.3.You agree that, at all times, when you use the Website, includingrequests for withdrawal or transfer of funds, you are not physicallylocated in any of the following countries:
UnitedStates of America and its territories
UnitedKingdom
France
Curacao
Estonia
Netherlands
Belgium

Freebitco team usually doesn't apply the country restrictions rule on the users. But you won't have any options if they block your account by following that term.

If I'm not mistaken, the freebitcoin team added this ToS purely formally. At least I don't remember a single case when someone was blocked on the freebitcoin site just because of the list of banned countries. They only cared about users not abusing multiple accounts, and that's it.

You are right. They added that term in 2023 and I also haven't heard of any people getting banned due to accessing the website from a restricted country.
If nothing has changed, as you said they only care about abusing their service with multiple accounts and bots.

Mahdirakib created a topic about freebitco's new terms in 2023 and below was TheQuin's reply.

It isn't having any effect on how the site is run. The only issues I deal with are multi-accounting and botting abuse.

If the user of the site is in any of these countries,
he will need to use any VPN to access the site,
I did not mean that his account is blocked for these reasons,
but that should  he is having restrictions on login to access the site.
___________________________________________
#edit.

Sorry, I made a bit of a mess, but I know that his problem is that he lost the 2FA and didn't write down the key.
I just don't understand the part that he needs to use the original IP from when he registred the account to be able to try to recover the 2FA, enable/disable,.(?) ...
... but I remember once a friend had the same problem, and it was necessary for 15 days I think, to access the email and open the link that Freebitco site sent him, after he had accessed all those days, he managed to disable 2FA, but it was on the second attempt, because on the first he failed to access one day...
I don't know if this still works today. But I really don't understand the part that he needs to use the same IP as before?

Yes, some users from Australia, Germany have reported here not being able to access the site if not with VPN

0x12d4017f232ebb4327e8e0082ed4337084bf2e84

If you still have access to that wallet you can use it as evidence to claim your account ownership if ever they reply to your concern via support ticket.

This casino is known for having slow customer support so you need a lot of patience by keep bumping your concerns on their support ticket.

Give us update if your problem was solved.
