In my opinion yes. Their domain itself is very valuable as they are an OG faucet and dice game among early Bitcoin users. Any OG crypto user will surely know the casino that makes it valuable on today’s era.

A big casino company can easily setup a casino and do a revamp on their brand can boost the casino image again especially if they will give good bonus to new players that will try the casino.

So far, I still believe that this casino will just keep coming back to solve slowly the backlog since they have the resources to do that.

They most certainly did have a long run and they are still not ready for the final exit.

With the price of Bitcoin at well over anything they had imagine when they created the freebitcoin website all those years ago, it could be the sole reason for what is happening now.

If they are expecting a pump on their FUN tokens, they will probably be disappointed therefore they could end up dragging this on for a very long time. Even with the bad reviews and customer complaints, they show no sign of closing down.

Full credit to Hhampuz, if memory serves correct he was the campaign manager yet he unilaterally stopped when the complaints against freebitcoin began.

I sold FreeBitcoins.com for $100,000.  I imagine this one is worth more, considering their SEO smacks so hard. (Assuming they don't just trash their brand, which they appear to be doing)

The next question is "What do you do with this noob ass incentivized traffic?" It isn't worth much to mainstream (Adsense, etc), but it can be monetized very well in crypto if you know what you are doing.

It's not just about being an idiot or anything, many users of freebitco, most especially the not so active ones are not aware or have absolutely no idea of what is currently going on with this casino, this users may open and login into the Casino after being away for a long time, their quickly decide to deposit some funds and play some games since it's been a while, in the process, they may encounter a good win which they may want to withdraw all of part of, but just then, they discover that the withdrawal request is taken longer than the normal time needed for a request to be processed.

This is usually how we get most of the complaints coming from forum newbies, many of them usually discover this forum in the process of them looking for solutions to their issues with the casino.
We can't refer to user who fall into such mistakes as being idiots, they simply became victims of circumstances.

That's why its expected more people would come here posting complains about their withdrawal got stuck since they are not only known here. This casino is big so provably they have markets or players on other platforms.

If they know that freebitco.in is already experiencing this big problems for sure like us many people would not gamble and don't want to waste their money here.

Correct, I have been saying this for quite sometime now that why people still willing to gamble at this platform when there are plenty of better trusted alternatives available. I know many people have emotion linking with this platform as most of the users including myself started my bitcoin journey by collect some free Satoshi from this platform, but that is history.
Even if they process withdraws after sometime, it does not make it a reliable platform.  Just stop using it even if anyone gets their withdrawals after some waiting.

I wouldn't say it's an exit scam because as I watch this thread during this whole time since I joined their signature campaign, to me, it doesn't look like a scam exit. They have some problems that are unknown for us but this problem destroys them. If they wanted an exit scam, they could do it in 100x better and profitable way. They pay their users here and there, I had locked FUN tokens with some Bitcoins and withdrew them when they had problems, it took some time but finally everything arrived in my wallet. I think that users will slowly give up on website and they'll be left with no customers, then they'll close it or I wouldn't be surprised if they really close by not paying server fees or by not renewing their domain.

Why is it not relevant?
There are many faucets similar to freebitcoin with the same game in multi and which pay at the moment, but they are in other currencies, DOGE, LTC, etc.

There is no point in discussing this site any more. A delay in payments of more than 20 days is a death sentence. The site is dead.

Al long as there is still volume and people waiting to get their money, I believe there is something to be discussed. It is a similar situation to what happened with Xbit and other scam casinos. Keeping the thread alive and in the front page on this section helped during a period of time to give the heads-up to newbies and novice gamblers, so they avoided depositing their money onto there.
If it was not for this thread and the comments I have read on this section about all the accumulated problems with this casino, I would have never imagined they wouldl have lost their reputation.

Freebitcoin has already cheated many people out of their money. Banned many users who had a lot of FUN tokens on their accounts. Many have not been paid since July 22, and some have had FUN tokens for more than six months.
I don't think that with the change of owner, everyone will run to him and they will be able to get out of this hole they fell into again.

But that will be highly costly because we know freebitco.in popularity so far and they are one of the oldest crypto gambling sites. That's the problem with newbies. They just create an account and immediately deposit funds without doing anything else on the platform they're joining.
They should be checking for updates and learning about it so they don't run into problems or have complaints later on.

But they don't do that; they are very neglectful, as they say. You need to be observant and investigative

It's been over one year now, maybe two years actually since I think this whole issue with freebitco started some time in late or quarter four of 2023, the management of the site have never come out to say a word about what is going on with the site to their community.
At a point in time, we were made to understand that a new management has taken over the site and are the ones in charge at that moment, and till now, no one from the team behind this casino has ever showed up online to tell us if the claim that the casino was sold is true or false.

I am a kind of surprised that you are still here and expecting the team to talk to us, I would say you better move on, it's less than two months before the domain expires, and my prediction is that the team may likely renew the domain, but still won't say anything to the community, or maybe they will finally decide to let go the domain by putting it up for sale, this I think will be better for them though.

I agree with Lucius. There's a big probability that they have sold the website and the new owners can't run the website like before.

If I owned a store, company, or even the smallest business in the world and heard customers complaining about the services provided on social media or on the street, I would immediately go public with an apology and promise to resolve all issues. I would do this to avoid losing customers and to avoid a tarnished reputation for my business. I think everyone who wants their business to run smoothly would do the same. So, in the case of FreeBitco.in, it's very clear that it no longer belongs to the same people.

It's not possible that @wetsuit and @TheQuin would be seeing all these complaints and the site sinking and wouldn't come to this thread to say something to reassure people. In my opinion, they probably sold the site and signed an absolute silence agreement, and since they no longer have anything to do with the site, they can't come and say anything. The new management may have never managed a business like the FreeBitco.in model and are unable to handle the site.

Well, yes, redirecting to another gambling platform could be one option for a new domain owner to use if the freebitcoin team doesn't renew it. I would like to add one more thing here. Freebitco was showing an error message to the users from the 20th of July. Then it got back to normal on the 22nd of July. Where the most interesting part is that they had added 'Play Now!' button as a shortcut of their multiply BTC game during the downtime.

Anyway, the good news is that Freebitco team has started to process the FUN token withdrawal after almost 1 month.

Hello everyone. Just want to share this also here.
I had locked fun tokens on freebitco that got unlocked just in time for the latest pump to 25 satoshi per FUN. This is still below what I payed but whatever. I have withdrawn my 50 000 fun tokens on eighteenth of July have still not received them - even with this series of FUN deliveries. My fault for not paying much attention since 2022 and only using the site for re-locking the tokens and playing WOF.

Even if I receive the money next month, the price will probably go back to like 5 sat per FUN
