I haven't really been around the forums except sporadically but I'm one of the older members of FBTC. With that said, after reading concerns, I set up a test withdrawal. I'll report back when/if it goes through.

That would be good, I did a w/d all on a few remaining sats last Thurs Aug 14, that went to manual review where it still is, not really expecting anything.

I think the last few reported successful withdrawals were Aug 5

So don't get your hopes up considering they now need to withdraw 10 times more funds than they have.

Even on this thread newbie and other account that solely shilling Freebitcoin appear whenever there’s an issue on withdrawal then they claim they manage to withdraw succeeding out of nowhere.

I’m not sure if they are planted user or not but those isolated cases of successful withdrawal create a fake impression that casino is going well despite having multiple known unresolved issue.

Now, those account is gone together with the casino communication.

In the past year and a half, there were many issues with freebitco, but sometimes withdrawals were working and even delayed withdrawals were usually processed after a few days. So, it was normal that some people claimed that they were able to withdraw their fund without any problem.

This time is completely different. Withdrawals are completely stopped. Some people have not received their fund while they requested the withdrawals more than a month ago.

You can checked at scam thread reputation there are have another user get pending withdrawal almost 11 days, since have problem with this platform and not promote yet the signature of Freebitcoin.in I think many people not really interested for playing with this platform. I found several thread talked about with FreeBitcoin.in not process withdrawal although have take several days for withdrawing process.
If you can track with Freebitco.in address of bitcoin maybe you can see bitcoin assets fund in their wallet and looking how bitcoin transaction active or not there, maybe you can update all withdrawal progress at scam thread side and seeing there how many user get problem with withdrawing fund in Freebitco.in.

I haven't followed this thread for quite some time but that's a really long time for your withdrawal being stuck.
It's almost 2 months now and if that's how bad it has become then I guess the ship will be sinking soon.

 It could mean that someone is being paid to be active. and in a way there is still someone breathing in their team., but it doesn't mean that things are going well, I just don't understand why this person is being paid to look for and publish news while the site is needing someone to answer about the problems....

There are probably millions of users left from that old faucet.

I live in America and I don't even know where to get the right attorney for missing cryptocurrency withdrawals through Freebitcoin.

0.0139 bitcoin currently cost around or a little above $1500, if it happens that freebitco could not process this withdrawal to your wallet before the site goes offline, and you decide to file a lawsuit against the platform, don't you think you may likely be spending much more than this amount, and you may at the end of the day still not get this money back?

Back then when this whole issue with the platform began, they were still processing withdrawal requests normally and majority of us here warned you all to take your money out from the site and only deposit it back when the site has recovered fully, those who listen listen, while most of you didn't and are now complaining of your deposits not being processed, well, I really do hope that you guys get your monies back, but just incase it doesn't happen, I advice you all in this situation to accept your loses and simply move on.

I think a similar thing happened some time ago, but I was able to withdraw my funds eventually. Currently I have some leftover funds left there, around $30 worth of btc or so, so not bother too much about withdrawing that. But I hope everything gets sorted. It would be sad to see such legendary site go down.

There will be no lawsuits. The site operates anonymously, so good luck finding a person to sue. There's a reason people keep advising others, over and over again, to keep bitcoins in their own wallets.

If this casino was regulated in some serious market like the United States or the European Union, then the owners of Freebitcoin would be held into account for their mismanagement of money which belongs to depositors and investors. Also, they would have never been able to mint their own token either, though, regulators would have never tolerate that.

If this were regulated in the US, you would be jailed first, because, as a rule, you would not pay taxes and you would hide the origin of your funds.

What are you talking about? In countries like the United States, where people are supposed pay their slice of money to the government, it is responsibility of each one of the people living there to declare their income snd calculate how much they are supposed to give to their federal government. Giving money to a casino in order for you to try to make that money grow is not illegal, you could still declare you are getting that money and pay what is due to the government.
Also, you need to consider that one is supposed to pay taxes once one decides to catch out satoshis in exchange for dollars or any other fist currency, taxes only apply to realized wins, not unrealized ones.

They just post news on their blog, and in my opinion, this isn't a sign that they are really active. I mean, they could have automated the process of collecting and publishing news on the website. Either way, it seems strange that they have completely abandoned communication with the community, but at the same time, for some reason, they publish news that hardly anyone reads.

Right. Their blog has been always like that and as you said, it being active can't be considered as a good sign
Their twitter account is also active and they make new posts there every day, but that doesn't mean they care about their users. That's all done automatically by bots.

Don't judge Freebitco according to their blog. Their blog is taken care of by absolutely different people. They hired someone for PR, who also sometimes posts on Freebitco but she doesn't care about anything else other than doing her job. It's clear that someone is paying her because she still posts but it's very strange that if there is someone who hired her and still pays her, why don't they just come here and clarify everything? To be fair, I've never seen such a strange business case ever in my life.

The most interesting and annoying part is that Freebitco team is making posts on their twitter account regularly. They are only making posts about their daily jackpot to attract users to play the multiply BTC game. Users are continuously asking and complaining about the withdrawal issues on those posts. But they aren't giving response to anyone. Freebitco team is doing all these thing intentionally.
