I personally don't not see this happening. Btc is the mothercoin and offered the first revolution of decentralisation in our financial system. Though several altcoins solve some other human problems, I think it will be extremely hard for any altcoin to surpass btc

I do not think that bitcoin will give up its position so quickly and leave the crypto market, but it is now in a protracted fall, but this is not its end. Now there are many coins that have a good prospect of growth in the market.

Being honest with you, I do not think anything will replace bitcoin. I see it as a real store of value in this space going forward, believe it or not it is the one thing which gives any relevance to this market (I.e holds the most value and is used to trade within this space). i do agree there are many new era blockchains which make btc look like a old man, but it may very well end up that these will be used for mass adoption but BTC used as the backing currency/store of value. Just my 2 cents.

In my opinion, no cryptocurrency can replace Bitcoin, at least in the near future. Bitcoin is still the most valuable and successful cryptocurrency right now, and also it have the most active community, and it is leading the whole crypto market for several years. Actually, Ethereum is the next one after Bitcoin, but it's still dependent on the BTC price and market.

I don't think that there is any cryptocurrency going to replace Bitcoin. BTC is really very far from its most promising competitors like Ethereum and Ripple, and we noticed many times that the whole altcoins market is always influenced by the Bitcoin's price and market. So I think BTC will keep its first position forever most likely.

ETH is the most obvious player to take BTCs place, and more to say, it probably will take its place in future.

Nothing will ever replace the original Bitcoin that started the crypto revolution in the world. The crypto space is huge with so many potential applications for multiple coin projects to add value.

I don't think that anything should replace Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the leader of crypto and the flagman for the whole industry IMO.
I do not think there is any coin to replace the BTC in the future, I believe the BTC is the king of the Crypto market forever, even if the market is falling, BTC is still a coin occupied. By the end of 2018, BTC prices will rise more than $ 50,000. I believe this will happen.
What can really beat bitcoin when all of the altcoin world depends on this single digital asset? It is pretty fine with me if no one is going to believe in my words but this does not change the truth and the simple plus most obvious truth of digital market is that it entirely depends on bitcoin. Like we have recently seen, when bitcoin was at its peak, the market cap was also at its peak and most altcoins were doing the same.
I actually believe on you since i have the same faith. My trust is going to bitcoin when this crypto goes very strong and not anything can replace bitcoin from the strongest crypto. I dont ever support any other altcoin will defeat bitcoin.

bitcoin is a digital gold and good because it is interesting as a story - even if it happens so that the price of bitcoin fall below the plinth and voosche nothing will cost (which of course is an unlikely scenario), its activity will not decrease because it will be Iset interest in collectors and members of the globolization and digitalization of the world. Most likely the future of hundreds of thousands of dollars for bitcoin is possible only with the collapse of the dollar system when the dollar is a bubble devalued hundreds of times. But by this point, the market of altcoins will have burst young and active blockchains that will begin to argue for the palm is not with betcoin and Ethereum

I believe crypto is not going away but it looks like in the near future bitcoin is going to be a afterthought.   What coins do you think have a chance at replacing it and being adopted for use?

Although it is very impossible for the Bitcoin to be obsolete but if this will happen then the next in the line will be the Ethereum. It has a huge market cap now and it also already build a foundation of trust with the people too as a promising investment in which secondary to Bitcoin by ranked so i believed it will be the Ethereum.

My belief in bitcoin is unchanged but I don't think bitcoin is irreplaceable. The world is so wonderful, the new born better will replace the old and it is always right. We haven't seen it yet because there is no altcoin enough to do that now, that's all.

I don't believe this. I think nothing will replace bitcoin even in the future. It is on the top of the list of all cryptocurrencies and altcoins. But if it happened we can say that it is the regulation of the crypto market.
because people are buying BTC ,
they make ALT to gain more btc, then new money come and they use it to pump btc, after that they use left money to pump alt  Grin,

if in my opinion no one will be able to replace btc in the top position because of heavy struggle butukh to occupy the top position, for now and forever btc remain in the top position is not going to be a place in the top position.

Im certain that no other coin will each replace bitcoin. I suppose it's going to live in future the maximum precious coin. There may be a lot of cash who will perhaps be well-known as daily bills, however they'll by no means be greater really worth. So from the alue i assume no person can attain bitcoin. but there could be a coin who can be general through the mainstream and used extra then bitcoin.

The possibility that another coin will be able to achieve mainstream is really possible, but in terms of success and value is far from reality that another coin will be able to gain support what bitcoin already attain, this investment currency already conquer the world and even those who's not technical enough to understand the real usage are also investing, they are just believing that bitcoin investment can change their life financially, as of now everything is still in financial aspect and not in the real purposes.

Yes that is true all of the coins has a potential really to surpass Bitcoin but none of them win up until now but for sure those coins especially on the top 10 in marketcap has the possibility in the future to surpass bitcoin because they had fundamentals unlike bitcoin.
