How long did the KYC take for you? Been waiting since Sunday, and they said 24-72 hours. Support "cannot give me an answer because it's a 3rd party who does the verification". Bit annoying. Have to add that the first 2 withdrawals (when I didn't need KYC yet) went quickly, thumbs up for that.

Just be ready to wait for a while before your KYC verification gets approved. It has been observed by many members that cloudbet has a slow response rate, both via support and KYC verification. They do usually come through, but it's a slow, painful process of waiting. I don't know why they don't work on that.

Sometimes reviewing something takes time that's why its good to prolong your patience especially you are dealing with huge money and for sure they want to fully verify the user who won that big amount so that they will not do any mistake for distribute it. Under what circumstances was your account locked? Was it when you made the winning to when you were trying to make a withdrawal?

From a couple of complaints I have seen before, you can still be able to withdraw your money once you are verified, that is if you did not go against their terms and conditions. The problem is that sometimes, the verification process is quite slow.

Ask directly the support or their account here so that you will be guided on what thing you need to do since if that balance is legit from you then you can withdraw it but follow their verification process made since its part of security measures. But also I think they use to lock the account if the owner is inactive(I'm not sure so you can correct me) due to that situation.
