I don't know the exact terms and conditions of the Cloudbet bonus, but if you are sure you didn't violate any rules then you should definitely go to the police or Interpol for help.
I'm afraid that even if you provid here screenshots evidence, there is no one on Bitcointalk who can help you with that case.

If you want to use cloudbet dont deposit big amounts and and dont cashout big amounts also 😂😂

Your statement certainly does not give much hope of getting user @winnerdeal money back.
However, as I wrote early, if I was sure I hadn't violated any rules, with such a huge amount of money I would definitely have ask the help of a lawyer and the police.

I don't know the exact terms and conditions of the Cloudbet bonus, but if you are sure you didn't violate any rules then you should definitely go to the police or Interpol for help.

its easy to say. But its a long process and expensive.even we assume that he did not  violate the terms or rules. He earn that money from bonuses. 

Btw i also know a 1 glitch on their deposit bonus. If i am in the  position of this person i would not withdraw all or even half of it because it will surely be investigated specially with that big amount. If he only cash out bit by bit or 200$ im sure there there will be no problem lol

If I had a choice to forget the $190k amount or start a lawsuit, I would definitely go the long way in court.

Withdrawing small amounts could be successful with $19k amount, but with $190k it would take years, I guess.

it really looks like this casino has hit rock bottom, they no longer respect the customers, they could tell you how it's possible you violated the bonus rule but they don't and besides they could pay you the money you earned minus the bonus in in case they actually manage to prove that you didn't respect the bonus rules. anyway i stopped using this site since i saw many accusations. open scam accusation  in this forum and continue to insist until they solve your problem if possible look for a lawyer

I've been trying to get support on the subject for almost a month. My comments on Trustpilot have been deleted.

I was justified by the license provider curacao gaming license but no response.

I want to make a serious report about this company as i had blocked my accounts and they still allowed me to gamble twice and made me loose my money they don't ever block a device

I had this issue and other companies blocked my device on my request but they kept sending me marketing emails until I lost my 2 months salary which they are surely not giving back

They even enticed me by sending marketing mails as they behaved like they are a completely  non registered and non regulated outlet who are just there to make money out of us people in any way

Situations I faced multiple times each time I won they blocked my withdrawal for 20+ hours

When you win they block your bets for hours and try to make you to deposit waiting and waiting that makes you loose

They also don't reply when they don't want to solve the problems

I had live chat twice yet they allowed me to gamble with $44 and $55 twice and made me loose my 1 month full salary into their

Situation with other companies

The sportbet.io team was helpful and when I had my accounts blocked they truely said that they won't allow any activity and they did blocked my account and returned money so they are definitely good guys

I think the complaints against Cloudbet have increased over time but not all allegations are genuine. Having said that it is important to know what is going on with your situation. What is the latest they have said to you? When was the final correspondence with them?

The Cloudbet representative has not logged in to the forum here since 16th March 2022 and that is not a good thing when they have allegations against them.

I've been trying to get support on the subject for almost a month. My comments on Trustpilot have been deleted.

The amounts in the screenshots are huge, are they correct? Isn't this about amounts of a few hundred thousand euros if I'm right? This means their website really will not be trusted by forum members if they do not engage with the people claiming they are victims of a scam carried out by Cloudbet. I would cite using Terms and Conditions as an excuse to justify stealing funds and closing accounts as unacceptable.

When you look at their last post it mentions them withholding funds and closing an account because of alleged breach of Terms of Service. This is painfully all too common an excuse used by many online businesses to justify stealing from clients.

Exactly what is the difference right now between Cloudbet (with their unresolved allegations) and say other websites such as 1xbit and the other websites controlled by the same scammers (1xbet, Kawbet etc)?

I am not sure who is using the Cloudbet account at the moment but I also remember Ronnie was approachable and was engaging with forum members regularly but maybe he is no longer employed by them. Their reputation is at stake therefore they should take this seriously.

2 - you asked to close your account and created another account and deposited $100 and lost everything?

if it's option 2 I think they may have been wrong to send you emails, but they didn't force you to play and lose all your money. That's why I don't see this as a scam accusation.

I agree with that, that's why it's important that we are more diligent when it comes to choosing a casino, it's important that we understand the risk so we will be able to minimize the risks.
