I honestly don't understand what you mean by "deleted message," since I see 8 of your posts and they are long posts. You've already created a thread in the scam accusation section and you have another very long post in this thread. I'm referring to this post:

That was a very long post yesterday. I confess I didn't read it because it's so long. If you could summarize everything and provide evidence, it would make it much easier for people to understand your case.

I posted here because I was urged to create a topic in the accusations section, and then later, people there asked me why I had posted there, since the Cloudbet team does not read that section.

And the most important message, I posted here as well, and that exact one keeps being deleted by a moderator.
It is precisely the message regarding the accusations against Cloudbet. Basically, they accuse me, but I am not being given the right to respond with a visible reply.

As for shortening the text, the story is long and brings together many different situations, and a summary would compromise the meaning and the truth, making it seem as if Cloudbet is right. It is easy to accuse someone—an accusation can be made in two sentences—but clearing your name and defending yourself against a two-sentence accusation requires much more text. Just as an idea.

We are talking about $650,000 that Cloudbet stole ($100,000 from me, $550,000 from my friend).

Detailed explanations are necessary, since this is a major and important case.
Ignorant people can choose not to read it; those who want to know the truth and see how they created a case out of nothing and committed astonishing abuses should read it, and they will understand the mechanism.

I just came here to appreciate the good work you guys have done recently. I don't know if the team/management was changed but commendable job whoever is behind it. Years back when I was playing at cloudbet there was no proper bonusing system and that time, very few good sportsbooks exist so I was betting anyway. Then I moved on and recently checked coudbet and was really amazed at the progress you guys have made!

Love that calendar bonus and even the sportsbook felt upgraded with max bet shown next to the name. I guess you can also implement those daily drops or pardon me if that's already there and I just missed.

Following a comprehensive internal investigation, Cloudbet has concluded with overwhelming evidence that the account was compromised and used by an unauthorized third party or syndicate. This constitutes a clear breach of our Terms and Conditions, specifically related to account holder use and transfer. As a result of this violation, the account has been permanently terminated and all betting activity performed from the date of the account takeover has been voided.

The detailed findings from our internal investigation have been shared directly with the user via email.

I was harassed for two months to sell my account. I was never willing to do that. No one has ever logged into my account except me. I am the only one who has ever placed bets on my account. And while I was being harassed and repeatedly asked to sell my account, you did nothing.

You already created a thread in the appropriate section, so all you need to do is wait. I haven't checked the case details so it's hard to say what will happen and who is right and wrong here.

One thing you can do to speed up the process is to message some trusted forum members and request them to review your case, who can then put enough pressure for someone from the official team to respond.

But again, mate, don't spam them as you did here in this thread. It must be frustrating to have funds locked but spamming only makes you look bad and if anything, makes your case weaker.

We have lawyers here already, and they can tell how the law speak about your case. Before you take the casino to court, you need enough evidence as fact and not the truth. The law accept the fact and not the truth. Now your case looks like an identity theft by changing the account owner which is a crime in the gambling industry against the account holder. And the court will hold you responsible as a charge against you "cybercrime". You have to know those basic things before you proceed to court.

It usually happens when a casino is active in the forum, when their activity reduced, the accusations reduce too. So them coming  back meant that they got more attention. About resolving the accusations, I think they have tried to do a pretty good job. They actually recommend complainants write to the support rather than post in this thread.
