Any shares that may not have been counted during the last day will be restored from our backup. We expect these shares to be counted somewhere during the next week. We will anounce this at the forum.

Still waiting...

I manage 6 accounts and in one day I should receive ~ 100 BTC in total. On 9th September I received only ~ 16, and about 84 BTC are still missing. It's not the _exact_ count, I don't have a database of the shares, but the correct numbers should be close to these. It would be nice to know when the balance will be fixed.

Thank you.

What is the status of ABC and GPUMax and getting that corrected?  I received an alert a couple of weeks ago saying that there was a problem, and because of this all traffic to ABC was being blocked by GPUMax until ABC was able to correct things.  Has this been resolved?

Squiggly letters, written really fast, with a couple of dots for good measure.

How to I check my current balance?  Under stats I see balance at risk, but it says: 1.0E-8 BTC

Is there only automatic payout?  Sorry, I haven't been mining for a while just trying to check whatever pools I was at to cash out.

If you have a balance, you should be able to do a manual payout. Send me or MC a PM if you experience problems.

Chlorine.

edit: 1.0E-8 BTC is equivalent to 0.00000001, which is basically no balance.

status update
At this moment ABCPool has some issues regarding to updating the account balances. We are investigating the cause.

Can I keep miners there or is it better to move, meanwhile? (or: are mined coins lost?)

I wonder this as well.

EDIT: I'm seeing stats correctly now.

UPDATE
ABCPool.co is up again.

Any shares that may not have been counted during the last day will be restored from our backup. We expect these shares to be counted somewhere during the next week. We will anounce this at the forum.

Chlorine.

UPDATE

During the last two days, you may have seen a higher hashrate reported than expected. This is due to the fact that we have fed the (uncounted) shares of last Sunday through our systems. At this moment all shares of last Sunday are registered and you are credited for them. If you still feel something is incorrect, please send MC or me a PM.

Thank you for mining at ABCPool.

MC & C.

Sorry for the late answer, I just have been back from travelling. I confirm that I received the missing shares and their relative payout. Everything OK, I am satisfied by the way this issue has been managed.

Happy mining to everyone.

Statistic problems again. Switching to another pool, while you wont fix it and gpumax support (whether it scam or not, but it should be supported or baned).

Sorry to hear that ShadowAlexy. Can you PM us the details of the problem you are having with statistics?

As for GPUMax, in reference to the thread linked below: We don't block GPUMax. It is our opinion that their users should decide for themselves wether to trust them. Rest assured that any GPUMax presence does not affect ABCPool miners, since ABCPool pays PPS.

If you are experiencing technical issues in combining GPUMax with ABCPool, please elaborate so we can look into it. You may also PM about that if you like.

Regards,
MC

I have noticed a few times in the last few days that the statistics page has only been crediting half of my Hashrate. Each time I have then checked my cards and they were all actively hashing away at full power. The statistics page will say I am at 1520 when really I am at 3100, then after a few minutes the stats page ramps back up to the correct amount. This is on a system that has been mining there nonstop for weeks, not one I just turned on.

Thanks for sharing this observation MacT. Let me explain what you're seeing.

At particularly busy moments, shares from the pool server cannot be written to the database right away. While they are cached, the stats page does not know about them yet and displays a lower hashrate. Once the load returns to lower levels (load spikes are usually due to payouts and statistics aggregation being processed), the cached shares are written to the database and they are added to your balance.

The shares are however timestamped at their original arrival time. Since the hashrate calculation only takes the last x seconds of submissions, it will not overestimate your hashrate to 'make up' for the earlier underestimation. Instead it just ignores the old entries and displays the correct hashrate.

I had seen a sporadic rise in the number of cached shares before, but did not realize its effects would show on the stats pages.

We're still working diligently on the new version of the pool software, and I'm glad to be able to announce it's almost ready. This new version will be able to better support the new generations of mining hardware while keeping our system load lower. This will help in keeping the number of shares in the caches lower.

Hope this helps,
MC

Hi MintCondition,

I was one of the users affected by the security breach a while ago. You promised you will return the BTC from the fees I pay. I believe your last payment was in February. I contacted you direct, but I got no answer.

Thank you.
