How can a company confirm a certain job seeker legit and no Criminal records?

Well, there are requirements for those jobseekers after they will hired and before they become a qualified for the job they applied for, the recruiters will check it properly before they send their data to the company who look for employee.

Hi, I think not much. They are saying that the platform will have users data verified making it easier for employers to hire new applicants.

Actually, even without the help of the official video of TrustLogics, I can say that their whitepaper is easy to understand. There are no complex term and if it was, there are terminology where we  can define the different terms such as jobseeker/recruiter. But things get me clear when I watched the video. In fact, there are also information that I understand more when I look at it.
I remember that TrustLogics will secure the data of the jobseekers. Well, it might be good because there are anomalies happen in the HR industry and one of it is using fake names and background of the people in order to apply in a given job.

1. Creating Groups - You can create a group, give a name to it, pull in your network members to the groups. Each network member can be in more than one group.
2. Setting Permissions - Users can set permissions at personal details (technically, field) level and decide who-sees-what

Thanks for being responsive to my question. With this users can be confident that the personal information they provide will be safe and secure with Trustlogic. The control on the details that one applicant will show is a good feature. If a person is looking for a job I think its best to show all professional records and experiences in the Trustlogic Platform for recruiters to see your profile properly and choose you over other applicants. This is a great project since it can contribute in  connecting employers and their prospective applicants. A faster and secure way of hiring people.

I think this is feasible but it needs TrustLogics to form more partnership with other countries. I believe TrustLogics is currently in partnership with Republic of Suriname and Republic of Guinea. With the success of Trustlogics ICO we can see how this project will progress in the future.

I think Trustlogic just answered No to a question if the personal info of its users will be sold to companies. I also had my doubt on this before reading the whitepaper and this forum. Its very assuring that Trustlogic is very active in answering questions.

I agree with you here. If you check their website you can actually talk to their CEO thru telegram if you have any doubts or questions regarding the project. I'm looking forward to this project's success. Trustlogics business model may not be unique as it is similar to other job websites. The main feature of this project is the verified information available in the platform making it easier for the recruiter or companies to hire new employees. I think informations that would be given to trustlogics are those that are only necessary for the employment requirement, which is reasonable since your applying a job. If one thinks that trust logic is getting too much unnecessary informations from you, then just don't submit that details.

i agree,  in job hunting , applicants give out vital informations that can help them get hired. and some sensitive details can just be given upon getting hired,. the important thing is,  you have all the requirements to fill in the qualifications of the position a person is applying to. and honestly, No Company will ever tell you if they are going to sell out your info, its like asking a scammer  if this is a scam.

Yes, you are right. Although it may somehow sound so simple, it really is in fact a very great concept because believe it or not, both this industry and the real world truly needs a big solution like this for the problems we currently have for getting credible employers or employees. This fact alone has led me to believe that this project will really be able to catch lots of attention from the masses and eventually be a successful project. But don't take it seriously, it's just my opinion.

What's good about Trustlogics is that we can view the profile of the recruiters. Their identity is can be viewed and verified by Trustlogics. This is good for those jobseekers because they can see who viewed their profile. I knew one job platform who doesn't show who viewed your profile. It just means that they can view our personal information that easily but we can never know who they are.

Yes, I too see this as a very big advantage than other projects out there with similar concepts as this one. But who would even wanna build up their profile and upload so much information about their personal lives just to showcase their skills, achievements or experiences when they cannot be sure if the one hiring them is truly capable or not. The developers really did a great job in thinking about this concept. I'm sure a lot more will be  coming and itching to get a set inside this sleeping rocket ship.

I’ve seen a project similar to Trustlogic somewhere in social media. But their trust ratings of the person will be based on performance like, community service, donating a blood for example, doing community works for free, abiding common laws, doing charities and the likes will be the factors that will increase the persons’ trust and they also diminish trust ratings of a certain individual, like if you violate common law, like j-walking for example, littering etc will diminish a persons’ trust rating and it will be the reason a person will not be hired if he has a low trust ratings. This project is in China.
