It is quite overwhelming that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be implemented by Trustlogics to its system. We are not used to this method but I am sure that the everyday tasks will be handled by the system itself on sorting things and classifying resumes through the use of AI. This will enable the Hiring Personnel to focus on interviews and evaluation of the applicant which will make their work more efficient, easier and faster.
This process maybe pre-screening of applicants’ resumes by AI system before passing them to personnel in charge for the next steps. So if a certain resume did not pass the pre-screening by AI it will not proceed to the next step to save time and energy in the part of the employer. Just assuming
So the headaches that employers carry before in hiring will be turned over now to Trustlogics. All the verifications, sorting out of applicants, recommending the most possible candidate for the position will be shouldered by Trustlogics now.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Do we have data protection in every job seekers who would love to apply job? i mean if Quantum Computers are build and with it's own strong features o technology it may harm all data records including in data storage files or important details about every information. Is trustlogic aware of this kind of system in the future?

We don't know yet what will happen in the future but i hope Trustlogic will find it's way to secure our identity. Maybe in the next few years Artificial Intelligence are here to monitor our data and privacy. With it's advance method i'm sure Trust logic will be safe.

Trust Logics they want to help jobseeker to get a job,  but some other point,

The job seeker they must know your qualities before you applying for a job,

Leadership oriented, Passionate, Friendly, Competitive, Creative, Competent, Ambitious

Those are the qualities of the applicants you must remember before you applying for a job or position.

That will be a drag to prove during the hiring process Jakjak!

But with TrustLogics streamlining the hiring industry and making the pre-screening much more reliable with validated professional information, then we are set to see a more efficient process.

Hello guys!

Any concern regarding data security, safety and protection is as valid as it can be, and it's good to know that you guys are bringing up your doubts and fears within the thread for others to be aware of the same.

Luckily, as per my understanding, TrustLogics will be decentralized. Meaning there is no sole central control that could simply amend, delete, update or override anyone's data.

This process has to be approved by the majority of the ecosystem of TrustLogics before it can take place.  It therefore warrants data protection that might ease down SeanWayne's concern.

Add to that the randomness of submitted jobseeker's data that increases data being spread out all over where it is not wanted nor necessary.

Sad really, knowing that many other hiring platform merely wanted to collect data to be used for third party consumption such as marketing promotions, online surveys and false geographical statistics.

It's really comforting to see a project such as TrustLogics who merely wants to do the hiring process straight to the point while protecting and securing both personal and professional data at the same time.

Honest applicant vs. Dishonest applicant. Very common here in the Philippines because of many fake paper developers. One of the problem why workers mismatched and the company collapsed easily, because of dishonest workers and of their fake awards and achievements company foundations became weak. Thanks on this project because they helps the company to filter who were the honest and the dishonest one.

I'm banking hard on this part of the TrustLogics vision.

Having verified profiles will not simply mean eradicating bogus and fake professional credentials, but will the up the playing field for qualified and honest jobseekers to be placed in positions that are usually stolen from them by those who could muster enough guts to lie againts their certification, education and actual skills.

It will be a breathe of peace once TrustLogics verified profiles becomes the norm and standard of the recruitment industry.

Is professional salary request for the companies is covered by this project?. For example can company bid for the applicant for them to work??. Just asking because if it is covered by this project it may have a chance for professional to get their expectation salary.

I really care about this because of professional fee/salary expectations of the applicants,  it is important to pay off their professional skills in field of projects applications and workings. Applicants company bidding may can help for them to suite their salary expectations.

Identification problem, Nice question huh. I think TrustLogic will add more security pattern and other verification codes for them to protect others identity and personal data.
