Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH

if we get paid using ETH then very wise, my question is who will exchange tokens from the project if we get paid using ETH? paying with ETH will only make the project dead

Bounty hunters are like workers and workers always submit with their employers wish or command, as been said, when the dev or the team wanted us to pay with their tokens, we don't have any choice aside from the word, take it or leave it. ETH payment is good for us as bounty hunters but it is still and always the dev team who will decide on the matter of what would be the payment.

It would just ruin the whole idea of bounty and turn it into a regular job. The best thing in bounties is that you can support the project that you really like and get thier tokens without investement. If you don't think that these coins would be worth a lot, then why do you participate in their bounty? You'd better find some real job paid in fiat, that way you can work for a company even if you don't believe in it, but just want to earn. But bounties are different.

It would be good for bounty hunters but not worth for team.

not necessarily not bring value. If the Ethereum payment, they will take a large stake in them and the profits will be greater if it project success

I'd prefer being paid = tokens because someday it can grow strong, x10 and you can receive more. If i was paid with Eth, the money i received is just around 1/5 ...

1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Yes agree, paying campaign participants using ETH should be done, as many of their tokens do not have a decent value and they call it "shit coins". By giving full trust to investors as well as people, ICO projects must give high confidence if they want their projects to succeed. By paying campaign participants using ETH, I think it's very good to apply.

The aim and objective of an ICO is to promote their token that is why bounty hunters are paid with the respective token of the ICO they have promoted, most of them wants their coins to trade in an exchange and reach a high capitalization like ETH, LTC ,XRP e.t.c thus traded with other Cryptos in an exchange.

Well, let's stop fooling ourselves - a lot of coins that are distributed now as a bounty reward are useless or almost useless. You have to participate in 100 campaigns to recieve at least one token that will grow for x10 from its ICO price. And now the number of such projects only decreases. So if we treat it like a regular job, of course it could be more profitable to get you reward in ETH, as this coin surely has a value. But again, it isn't a regular job.

In the event of such a situation I think that the fees will be quite low. In addition, as in the case of paying with Bitcoin, participation limits will be very low. I am in favor of continuing the system that is used for the benefit of everyone. It is even better to win a little if you can not win. At least we have a small additional income.

i think they rewards a hunter with their coin or token with the purpose for maximize their supply token or coin besides their doing an ico, some of project was doing an airdrop with that bounty program itself, and of course it can burst popularity that token or coin itself.

You have a point mate, paying for eth in bounty participants maybe it's hard for them to pay because in order to promote their respective token they need to distribute to the people to have a value in the market. Paying ETH in a bounty project is good, but if ever respective tokens that are also good.
If the project was successful in launching token value is a good rate, but if they paid you an ETH you received a fixed payment from them.
So, in participating choose the best bounty campaign having a good platform and whitepaper.

I partecipated in some bounties that paid in ETH but they are very few.. a like them because I don’t have to care about selling after token sale..but if I have to choose I will choose to be paid in tokens if I think that the project worth my attention and will be a success..

It's the investors and the ICO community will going to trade with tokens, some bounty hunters will only dump their tokens to the exchanges so it's fine without the payment of tokens, well some ICO's offers ETH or BTC as a form of payment to its participants, if you believe that the project is pretty legit and it may grow as the product released its full version and the usability is solid then I will prefer to have the payments with tokens.

I am a new born on this business, but I don't ever experiencing any campaigns paying such directly on ethereum, and mostly I've noticed that majority of campaigns are using tokens for salaries contributions to their workers or member.

We all want that, that would be a good news if that happens, I wish also to be paid in btc/eth rather than paid in token which in the future you would found out that it is just a scam.

This is also nice and good but let's think also that those campaigns needs to advertise their own tokens yes maybe eth is better but we should also see that those campaign also needs to lift up their own campaigns and they need to raised it, because that is what their project is.

I know you guys don't want to get paid with those worthless tokens that sometimes you regret for joining the wrong project. If you are picky with the bounty that you are joining it's rare to look for a bounty that pays their participants with ETH instead of their tokens. There are instances that a bounty will pay in ETH and it's their choice if they want to.

You should be contented and grateful for having that type of rewards and if you think that isn't enough and participants doesn't reserve that, you should pick the bounty that gives the best allocation. You guys are starting to be demanding, don't rely too much with bounty it's an incentive.

If the project is real it will attract investors and every crypto are tend to fall if the demand becomes low.
