Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH

Maybe some bounty hunter want bounty reward paid in ETH, but I don't want ETH because ICO project tokens give you big profit if project become popular, that time easy to earn x10 profit return

Agree with your comments. If they pay us the token of the project, we would be very likely to make a lot of money from the postage quote after being listed on the exchanges. But not all of the tokens will increase after being listed

In some ways, this is violated by the very idea of a bounty campaign. The message is that by spending your time and resources you support the currency at the beginning stage and it is logical that your remuneration will be measured in this currency. payment in the etherium would be too much like hired labor.

1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Although that would be a dream come true, and I would like that to happen. There's not many projects that actually use Ethereum directly to pay their campaigners. We have to keep in mind that ICOs or similar projects under development are started to actually bring their own coins or tokens in the market, and to gain support from people. Therefore, it would be unlikely to have more projects actually use Ethereum directly to pay their people. Anyway, once you get the tokens and it's registered in the market, it's usually in Ethereum where most of the rewards are traded too, so it's actually in the process, but indirectly.

The payment of awards in ETH has its plus and minus. You will receive a relatively stable ETH coin. But you also will not be able to use the possible growth of the token. Sometimes the price increases many times. This is the beauty of the bounty

I follow a lot of bounty and get the tokens as a gift, I would be happy if I get a bounty prize of eth so we do not need exchange but I think it is impossible because bounty is also used as a distribution and token supply is launched so the prize will also increase the token circulation in the market

The bounty campaigns are not made for you or me or any other bounty hunter to make easy money. They are made to promote the tokens. They care about their goals first, and that is the way that should be. Paying you in tokens is another way to spread as much tokens as possible.

that is a good idea. because if bounty hunter has received their token distribution they will sell it because they are just as bounty hunter. they are not an investor although there are also some of the bounty hunter will hold their tokens. and if many bounty hunters sell their tokens simultaneously then the token price will drop. this could harm the dev.

I think this would be a good solution for everyone involved. It would continue to promote the project the same way that bounties are currently done. Hunters would gain something of value in the form of ETH that is tradable right away. Investors would be protected because they wouldn’t have to worry about all the bounty rewards being sold at prices below the ICO price. It makes a ton of sense and I would like to see projects move that way.

Your point is outstanding, as it will reduce the rate of dumping caused by bounty Hunters once those tokens are listed. Let's hope for the best though..

Nope I think it is much more better if they are paid in token,
Well ETH price could go higher too but I think bounty hunters would prefer receiving token than ETH specially if the token that they would receive have a great project in the future,
