Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH

Good idea, I believe all bounty hunters are more willing to accept the same price of ETH. But the project side will not agree, because they need to do publicity themselves, so issuing their own token will bring more traffic to the market.

Actually, I've seen several bounties paid by Bitcoin or Ethereum. But, the campaign list is not much. Usually, a bounty that paid by BTC/ETH has limited participants.

I think this is the uniqueness of ICO project. They do not need to burn a lot of money to do their marketing, only using the tokens itself, the ICO team can gain enough exposure by bounty participants.

ETH has already been on the market, is a well established one and currently the market is looking good for it. So I think that it is good to be paid in ETH. However, when a bounty hunter signs up to a bounty, that altcoin, could end up being worth a lot more. Thus, if it happened, everyone would consider so much.

There are actually advantages and there are also shortcomings if it is paid with the ethereum. the upside is able to get paid is for sure and definitely sold on the market. Bounty hunters will be paid in ETH currency or project token. I think if you receive an ETH bonus you will definitely get some money for the effort and time you spend. But if you receive a token you may get a lot of money when the token is on the trading floor but you may not get anything or receive very little if the project fails ... In my opinion Choose the campaign carefully to participate in the bonus and participate in this gamble to be able to make a lot of money in a short time.

You've to think from the team's perspective as well. It's easier for them to allocate a minor percentage of their indigenous token supply to bounty campaign. Many of them wouldn't have the funds to pay the bounty participants. And expect the reward pool to decrease substantially when the payout is in ETH.  Of course, there are incentives for them as well - for example, paying in ETH would prevent the dumping of tokens by the bounty hunters thus affecting the price.

I agree that this should be practiced. There are huge benefits in this like the devs of the ICO would not worry so much on the price of their token getting dumped because bounty hunters sell their rewards immediately and paying them with Eth would not affect theirs.

Some of the ICOs keep their tokens over-valued and they put very unrealistic soft-caps. The best thing would be to stay away from the bounty campaigns which promote such ICOs. But a lot of the users continue to participate in them and if a small part of the payments are made in ETH, then their efforts will not go in waste.

The point is only to give bounty hunter real good income because if we get their token then sometime we can not sell it in proper price because all price dump. Its not good for us and also for investor.  Investor will cry if they if the token dump because they bought it with the price that is given by developer. If the bounty get paid in Etherium then nobody will dump the token.

Maybe some ICO Managers/owners are disagree about to give bounty participants reward in ETH because they need volume once thier coin/token are release in market even if it is in sell volume. And not all bounty hunters are dumpers many are holders and investors thats why they joined  bounty campaign because they are truly believers of  project.

It is not every campaign that can afford to pay bounty hunters in bitcoin or ether, there are still few campaign that pay in ether and any bounty hunter that prefer this type of payment will have to look for this type of campaign and fight to enroll in it because there will be a lots of competition!

it is a good idea for the project to prosper because if they are rewarded with the certain coin that they are selling, bounty hunters are prone on dumping but in the other hand, the project may be more limited with the operations because of the bounty payment in eth which use to be allocated on the fulfilling the project road map.

Absolutely I agree. Normal investors entering the project receive a refund of their money in the event that the project cannot be invested. But we do not get any support for the project we have done. I think it should be done with a method like Eth and escrow.

It is really a great idea for most of bounty hunters because some of bounty participants are having a hard time about their rewards after an ico. Sometimes they are dumping the token after they release it in an exchanger. It is better that they would pay ethereum because some participants would love to earn.

If this were possible, I would probably be very happy, because the project tokens I participated in will be able to be released only after 6 months, so all my efforts as a whole can be rewarded only after 6 months, it's very long.

Bounty hunters are like workers and they also need to be paid, when the developer or the team manager agrees,  ETH payment is good for us as bounty hunters but it is always the developer team who will decide on the matter of what would be the payment.

I would be very happy if I'd paid the air! I certainly believe in the projects in which I participate, but sometimes the price on the exchange falls by 2 times and it would be possible to buy cheaper tokens of this project!
