If the bounty can use ETH as a payment method, then I believe that the bounty activity can attract more professional hunters, but sadly most merchants will not accept such an idea!

You must really be delusional. There's really so such thing as professional hunters. Just hunters who know how to get the most out of bounties, 100% for their benefit and 0% for their projects. Paying in ETH will probably attract the more serious people true, but it will also attract the scammers with their hundreds of multi accounts.

I would agree that campaigns paying in hard crypto like ETH/BTC should be the way for serious projects to go, but this must also come with strict implementation of the campaign. A good manager that monitors QUALITY, not just ACTIVITY. A campaign that has objectives, not just numbers. Members that are active participants in crypto, not just bounty hunters.

Recently, I can’t find projects where ETH is paid for Signatures. If anyone finds one let me know

Well, if the developers are afraid to lose the price of the coins they make, there's no harm in paying for a bounty hunter with an ETH, it might be able to keep the price of the coins they make. but, if not, maybe a 50:50 ratio is also good enough. but it all depends on the strategy of the ICO developers.

To achieve this kind of thinking, it is necessary to make the hunters resonate. For example, all hunters only accept ETH activities!

Maybe you have partially right. Bounties can't always be paid on ETH, and managers choose to pay on their tokens.
I think is better for hunters to be paid on tokens than ETH, because in time they can sell coins for more profit, if grow enough and get more money than if they get paid in ETH.

I really think that projects that don't pay with their own coin are valuable, but very rare projects tend to pay with ethereum. Because many coins are trash, they will give their own coins.
true talk buddy,  many coins are trash so they give out their tokens,  paying reward in ethereum will save a huge dumping for a great project

i would also like it if bounty hunters were paid in ethereum, but i think most ico projects and their bountie campaigns can not afford that. projects would not make ico if they already had a lot of money.
