It would certainly be easier for participant. But, it is more profitable and less risky for ICO team to pay using their tokens. When people change it into ETH, it gets more valuable.

Bounty hunters should be paid that's all, now around 80% of project don't pay even tokens, and if its signature for half year, then its super depressing.

Organizers collect money for the realization of their project. Why give away some of the money? The usual practice is to pay in coins.

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Giving rewards in Bitcoin for all those bounty participants is still a good thing but when the Ethereum come out and realising new system and many opportunities i think ETH is better to be paid in ICO's or bounty campaign and i think it is more valuable than other coins.

Most times bounty hunters are the reason of dumping the price of a token, therefore paying in Ether could be a fair solution for both parties, but most projects won't do that for many reasons. I know one project that paid Ether for bounty participants which is CrowdMachine.

You can sell your tokens immediately after entering the exchange and buy Ethereum on them. This has its pros and cons, but I see in the payments in the tokens of the project more pros.

It is better for bounty hunters, but not good for ICO team, since they need to share free money, which they can use for project development.

I think this kind of thing looks good. Paying bounty hunters with ETH will certainly reduce the risk of decline when ico coins have entered the market. Maybe this will reduce the risk of the investors because usually bounty hunters who cause the price to be low of ico prices. Sorry if I'm wrong, that's just my opinion.

It is not going to happen because most of the developers are trying to pay with money that they are not sure if it is going to be worth it in a near future, that is why we receive tokens

Very few ico's does this. In a bounty I got paid in terms of ethereum, but in a very short time period the particular ico value grew much high. At that instance I thought it is better to get in terms of respective token. End of the day getting token and or as ethereum is good if market is indicated with the red mark.

It would definitely benifits bounters if the rewards would be in ETH cause they will be paid for the hard worked they put to promote/advertise or anything the project so once the project turns into scam bounty hunters have nothing to worry cause they got paid for their work.

Mostly the important for us a bounty hunter are getting paid to the project that we participated.
It was sad for if the bounty we entered are not paying us wait a week or months to receive but nothing gonna happen if we receive for it.

Yes i quite agree with your opinion, we should paid with eth cause we do doing a real work and we should get a proper payment from it. But i do think there is a reasons behind why they paid bounty with their own coins, such as they wanted to make a volume so bounty hunter will sell the coin in the market.

I like projects which pay an award in ETHEREUM. I look for such projects. Because for investment in many ICO this coin is necessary.

That is one bad thing about getting paid in Ethereum, If you end up doing a bounty for a decent project you could 3 to 5 times what you would make if you got paid in Ethereum. I seen a guy post her the other day that he made  5.44 Eth after selling his bounty tokens. It does happen. It has its good and bad qualities. But with Ethereum you will always know you have money, whether you hold 1 day or one year!!!

I think there are two possibilities if bounty participants are given their ethereum payment for a more stable coin. but if given token pay from the project participants are stacked against the price when the market. I think it's better to imagine ethereum but all projects have different opinions. it is very difficult to force them to pay for ethereum

Of course, if the Ethereum would have paid better , but this is unlikely to happen, because the token after the bounty is given to hunters is very much sagging, it is so much more profitable in my opinion

It would be actually good for a project to provide bounties in ETH since it's more stable related to a new altcoin... Then as new ICO, they can issue their own token and not need to buy ETH...

This is a very sensible idea and I know that at present very many projects are doing just that. They pay bounty members in the ethereum and not in the tokens.

I couldn't agree more. We, the bounty hunters or more precisely translators, definitely need to be paid in ETH/BTC for our hard work. In the current situation, we often do not get paid because the project fails on ICO or becomes a scam OR the payment becomes undervalued right after it appears on an exchange. In fact, we are working for hope which is worthless in my opinion.
