Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH

Hello!Sounds very good but this idea realy can realize to the life,becose many projects pay in eth workers like bounty manager.What i like in this idea is that u dont need to change bounty token to the eth,and dont need to wait for coming out in exchanges u take ur reward and done,nice!

It's a good idea but i think it won't happen. Some icos usually pay with their own coin. They need to promote their coin because it's part of their company and their eco system. It's very important to them that their own token will be well known in this industry.

I think if in pay with ETH then in the market will not be much exchange that happened, exchanges are needed for new tokens and smart bounty hunters will not sell tokens at a low price.

Bounty hunter should not receive ETH after they have done some tasks. Its is better for project owners to pay in their tokens/coins because it creates a really good supporter base if you have some good bounty hunters who start to hold their rewards.

Ethereum payment is good for those wanting quick income but I think for me token also has a high rate if the dev project fully developed their project and have many investors. It depends upon the project if they succeed will the token also will have a high price in the market.
I experienced earning reward in bounty then it's the great amount I've got I must prefer on token reward rather than Ethereum.

I think ETH is better than most tokens. Many tokens are completely worthless. If ETH pays, then it can even be paid weekly.

Yes, it will be good if the bounty rewards are paid in ETH. But, why the company will pay with ETH as this would be an extra burden for the company. Because of the pool the ETH and BTC and many altcoins which are already better established in the market. So, they pay their own currency which is self-created and with free of cost. But, it doesn't matter to them if the coin will run in the market later on the ICO.

Paying bounty campaigns in Ethereum I think it would be good for both bounty hunters and also for blockchain platforms, also because unfortunately more and more people receive the token of the bounty campaign and sell them immediately, causing the price to plummet. well it is observed in many cases that ico tokens dont even get listed on exchanges and this causes problems in liquidity so it is logical to give away eth in bounty as it will solve the problem of liquidity and encourage bounty hunters to work more diligently. there can be some apprehensions on distributing of eth in bounty programs but it will be helpful in calculating bounty earnings for bounty hunters. although iam yet to come across any such campaign but iam hopeful to see it happening soon.

That's impossible. Bounty is the job of your choice. It is a way of advertising and marketing. or more accurately. Bounty has rules to impose participants. The reward means the value that is triggered for their fundraising campaign. Can you ask them to pay ETH or BTC? That never happens, only if they announce it by paying for the rules in the campaign.

1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

 I think I would want to agree with your suggestion partially because paying in ETH would save bounty participants the stress of looking for a coin exchange but the bounty hunters would really want to own part of the cake; holding the celebrated tokens.

It's good If it happens so. but if they do that they have to that after the ICO. It means before it listed on an exchange. In that case, They have to pay it form their funds. I'm pretty sure they won't do that. Thay pay it with their tokens then hunters have to exchange them after the listed.
