I think that this idea is not very good, because the idea is that the project involves those people who believe in the future of the project and they have the opportunity to get tokens without investing their money! I think if you need payment in the ethereum, you can just sell the tokens after entering the market!

bounty hunters getting paid in Eth is the best thing to be implemented the reason is tokens take a long time to get listed and price fluctuations bounty hunters feel they are nt paid enough for their efforts so Eth is best base currency for payments
The payment should always depend on the discretion of the team. It's an ICO and it would be favorable for them if they will pay a token because at the same time, if we own a token, we also work to spread the project in order to help grow its value. Yes, you are right but we don't know whether this thing will be implemented or not because now companies are giving some 1000ETH worth of coins to the bounty participants, but when it comes to reality during crowdsale they are making only 10000ETH and compare to that it is impossible to share ETH to bounty participants. |

agreed with this. in my opinion payment with ETH is the better way, because why? to avoid dump of token investors need they profit, token will grow strong if bounty hunter paided with ETH  |

Well, I always believed that this paying of tokens instead of actual currency was an artificial economy. Most tokens/alts never see any use beyond trading on exchanges, and because bounty hunters are only after $ it makes sense they would just dump everything as soon as you can.
There's a conflict of interest at heart of bounties that pay out their own tokens, they want the tokens distributed to as many people as possible, but for them to use, not to dump.

I'm sure it's better to pay both on air and in tokens, so the bounty hunter's booth gets more rewards than what they expect to earn. Most of the bounty hunters are honest in their work and records, in which case they must earn what are the best rewards that they can receive in their patience and gratitude in performing bounties.

Right now I'm participating in one month Twitter campaign paid in Bitcoin weekly which I'm glad I got that very limited slot. It's good for us hunters if they pay us with Eth or Bitcoin but definitely not good for the majority of ICOs. That would mean another extra expense for them especially if the campaign would take for few months. Great idea though.

giving ETH as a reward for their bounty work is good for bounty hunters but if it is linked to the token promotion it is not appropriate, because giving tokens for bounty hunters will add to the community of token holders

The main purpose of the bounty program is to create hype for the project and
create a community that uses their specific coin.
If they pay in eth it wont happen. Thats why most of the bounty programs offer their tokens as reward for bounty hunters.

Don't forget that sometimes the airdrops and bounties that pay for their tokens themselves are a way to get their projects known and implement their projects. If it really has to be paid with other coins, then what's the use of them making tokens in addition to their projects? Even sometimes the bounty manager is offered with a token, but I think there will be a few bounty managers who will accept it.

No campaigns now paid high due to many participants and long dues of campaign timeframe. If there are limits maybe we can still get paid high but now its only those who join in translation or articles get paid big. |

I believe that all bounty hunters want to be able to get ETH directly as a reward, because it allows us to save a lot of fuel costs! And ETH is more valuable!

Given the price of ETH now, i don't think it is a good idea to use ETH as a salary. I think it is selective. It allows the bounty hunter to choose token or ETH as rewards.

It is less risky for the ico team to dedicate tokens from the sold tokens pool into the bounty because the token only has a market value after it is listed on exchanges.
However, regulatory changes could soon have token allocation for bounties ruled out. So you might see ETH bounties at some point this year.
The regulation could make token distribution to bounty hunters bumpy but i recall that at least in US, it is legal to do so if the project is properly defined ( there are 2 ways to define tokens there, one way make sit illegal other -legal) Ii will depend on the jurisdiction for sure.
It makes sense, any team with some intelligence level should understand that but since it is not happening ,it shows how cheap the teams are and that they do not care about their investors because we all know that the dump comes from bounty hunters. |

if all ico will do this , then what would be the purpose of thier tokens ? but i agree , we need something legit like eth because working on a boounty is not easy . mostly a bounty can run for about three months and after that , there is still no assurance if what will be the value of the tokens that you will be recieving . there are also rare case that the tokens wont get listed becuase the devs left the project . |
