Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH

The bounty hunter certainly hopes to get ETH's return. I think this proposal is very good. For this project, it is best to use ETH to pay to bounty hunters instead of using their own coins to avoid the risk of falling coin prices after exchange listing.

most likely not, because those who launch the ICO do not risk their finances, if the fundraising fails, they shift all the risks to the bounty. there are projects that pay compensation in bitcoins, but they are quite small, but it seems to me that it's better to get the reward in tokens and wait for them to enter the exchange, because they can get much more when they grow.

Now in the ICO market there is a team of people who call themselves AmaziX as far as I know they decided to create such a rule where people will receive a 100% reward but this has led to the fact that they lost many projects and many bounty hunters.

Yes that's good idea, when someone gets a token from participating bounty campaign I think the function is to make the token has a price, at least the request from the token will make the token price condition stay stable. But the problem is, not everyone will hold that token some of them will sell the tokens they have, so that I know after the ICO is over and the sale is finished the token price will drop drastically even more than half the price of ICO. But when they get paid by ETH or BTC about 50% of the participants will sell the tokens he has.

It would not be nice for projects issuing Ethereum for people's work because the price of Ethereum would not hold that long.

It couldn't implement in bounty. Web developee don't have enough money to pay bounty hunters in ETH. They also rely on the token sold and then distribute the token allocated in bounty campaign. So this unlikely to happen or possible but impossiblento happen

if a bounty pays on etherium , i dont think that it can give hope becaus even if they promise to pay eth , btc or any other popular coins that has already been listed to an exchange with a high price, there is still a posibility that a campaign can turn into a scam if ever they did not manage to escrow the funds before they get started.

there is also a reason on why bounty pays their own coin because thier own coins are a represent to their project or business. their own coins can only be used in order to access or to pay for their service.

50-50 ratio will put a lot of pressure on the ICO promoters, as a large part of their earnings will be gone. I would rather suggest paying 10% or 20% of the  reward in ETH. In this case, the bounty campaign participants will not face the risk of working for free, and the ICO promoters will be having enough ETH with them to promote their project.

I do not think that this should be a prerequisite. But the thought is good. I think that people who diligently work for the sake of project success throughout the whole campaign bounty are worthy to choose in which currency to receive their rewards.

not all bounty hunters will like paying the etherium, some will leave coins for a long time in the hope of their take-off

I think it's great if bounty hunter is paid directly using eth. because it will minimize the losses incurred by ico that is not listing in the market as soon as possible. however bounty hunter works a lot to promote ongoing ico products.

I think they should add an option wherein if they want to be paid on eth or tokens. Though I like having it in tokens since having atleast 5 digit number of tokens can give you more eth.

I agree since 10-20% of the allocated pool for the bounty to be converted to ETH and be distributed to the bounty participants would be better. Also this opens up an opportunity for the tokens in the market to have a better circulation thru trading as it will lessen the pump and dump by groups or the bounty participants.

It's good for founders too.
Cause a lot of bounty hunters sell tokens immediately after they get tokens, thus lowering the price of a token and dumping it.

There are some ICO`s that pays the bounty hunters in ETH, but mostly of them paying the hunter as there altcoins but in this method hunters needed to wait till there coin was listed in some strategy. So it was better to pay the hunters directly with ETH.

Yes true. This can bring more legitimacy in the bounties if that really ever happen. I mean they should make the bounties in similar way they pay for the signature campaigns of the BTC. If they do it that way then they will have to pay the fixed amount of ETH and thus there will be no more dumping of the coins in the later time when they get listed over the exchanger. I think thats the best idea anyone can have. Good one! But if that happens then they will have to pay from their early funds to manage this all. There could be always way around this though.
