Am I crazy, or is NXT no longer listed on coinmarketcap?
no more yeah, it's likely to that blockchain explorer issue, it's not stable yet, not syncing right, so it goes on and off from coinmarket. In fact dgex is the one that goes on and off..

I've just enabled it so that anyone above 1,000,000 will not receive any coins. (Perhaps that is even too high). Anyway, original founder, please consider donating a million or so to the faucet. That way I can give out 1,000 nxt to everyone.

Is anyone else seeing that small-time DDoS attempt on the network out of NL (146.185.0.0/16) ? My node is nowhere near saturated, they're not getting anywhere

Ok... trivial question... so one transfers NXT to a new account just to strengthen passphrase... how long until he/she starts forging again? Does deadline have something to do with it? It has been 10 hours since the transfer, 343 confirmations, but no timer has appeared. ...the only thing I could think of is the 24 hour deadline...
Close your account and browser, restart the client, wait for the block files to stop growing, open your account. EDIT: ...and wait for 1440 confirms, right.

I would like to start to implement something that is why I would need functionality to send a message with the payment. Is that feasible ASAP, please? Does NXT allow to send a message similarly as bitcoin?
No. This planned to be added later.

Just look for the right length or something?

Any address from 0 to 2 64-1 is a valid address. So indeed, "5", or "347" are valid. and 18446744073709551616 is the max account? (18 quintillion?)
