on testnet, when i try to cancel placed orders it's telling me "not enough funds"

is there a fee for this? or just general "account is empty error"

Here's how the 100k Nxt matching funds will work for the Songs of Love charity (just received clarification):

"Whenever you reach 100K before the deadline, I'll immediately top it up with another 100K
If you reach an amount less than 100K by the deadline, I'll top it up with the same amount.

I've asked the anonymous donor if I could send the PM to Damelon as well (that way he can back my story).  Just sent, I've asked Damelon to verify this is in fact the case! I'm all about transparency while also protecting the requests of others.

If your node refuses to accept it, this means you are on a fork. Your base target is probably very high too, another indication of being on the wrong fork.

If it doesn't recover by itself, you will need to delete the nxt_db folder and redownload the blockchain.
