I have to give doge props. no other crypto ever made me laugh like this or warm my heart. Just reading this thread is epic in its own right (been following about a week). I'm about to stop mining it, but I'll proudly remember doge as one of my first scrypt ventures. It was too fun to pass up, and it's already been delightfully profitable. Best of all, I'm still sittin on a pile of it, too

Doge's price may slow for much months, but fearless will accumulate many coins in this phase. Doge's advantage of fun and large awareness may fuel the 2nd launch. If it hits total bottom, is wow time to put in $1000.

In the end, I want to be able to buy stuff on the street with mobile Doges. Many patience, much efforts.

bitcoinexpress - BCX you there? Have you ever been on a new coin so soon? I really don't know, asking.

If a coin as new as dogecoin is can generate the excitement, news stories, exchange activity - 4 exchanges within 12 days of launch what is stopping it? The nay-sayers who say it can't succeed? I doubt it.

Maybe instead of looking in at what people at bitcointalk are saying more people should be looking out at what the rest of the world is saying.

In my experience when most people think of btc/ltc and the originating coins people think you have to be great/good with "computer type stuff".

When they see dogecoin they laugh and say "ha ha really that's a crypto-currency?", but because they already know from news outlets that crypto-currencies are on the rise they take that happy association that they had when they saw doge and associate it with the value they already know crypto has.

Psych 101 no? It's appealing, it makes you happy and smile and it has perceived value.

the fact that's it's an easy money dump.

doesn't matter the value of the coin, as long as it's profitable. once it's not profitable, people will jump off and move to the next one.
