it's almost every day there are new ICOs emerging, so it's very hard to stop this trend.
our duty and I personally quite careful in choosing investment in ICO because now so many frauds that occur in it.
back to ourselves because ICO made healthy enough to introduce crypto to the outside world not as a scam arena big scale like this.

The peak of ico hype is last year with lots of project manage to collect a lot of money and have their token price increase so much when it hit exchanges. This year while the number isn't as much as last year, most of the token price immediately decrease when it hit exchange so the hype is definitely lower, maybe next year there's only a few ico going on.

yes, I agree if there is a regulation to be a legal umbrella against ico project. there are a lot of ico who tend to just looking for fast money, moreover with the scam ico. if there is a legal body that can shelter for crypto investors, it is likely there will be many new investors coming.

Different countries solve this problem in their own way. For example, China has forbidden organizations and companies to participate, while physical persons are allowed. In Russia, the ICO project itself pays taxes. In some countries, all participants pay taxes. I'm not talking about services where they filter out bad ones from good ones. So in the future we are waiting for worthy ICO, like Kelvin Blockchain

True. I have seen a lot of FUD being spread in different telegram groups.
It seems like the trust have really go down to this ICO's ever since the scams happened. A lot of loss for a lot of people which makes the good companies looks so bad also.
They are being dragged by all this ruckus about scams. Now they cannot get the right amount for their projects.

Any investor would want to punish the ICO Scam or poor quality ICO. However, we can not do anything yet, except for the SEC regulations. We will need more time for international organizations to find a solution
