Every day more and more ICO collect money, and then disappear. Do you think we need sanctions for ICO?

we cannot stop it if there is no regulation which becomes a legal umbrella for all developers who want to create a project. and this will continue like many innovations even though we all know that this will end badly. and I think you also took part in the campaign for ico.

You really can't, we stop the ICO, which is always there every day. Actually, there is no more ICO problem because people need ICO for a job in a bounty campaign. The problem is when the ICO is a scam. Many were affected by irresponsible projects and disappeared when they collected ico funds. We cannot do much when the ICO is a scam. Maybe investors and bounty hunters must always be careful when promoting the ico project that is runny

Apparently it has already ended.
it is so sad to realise, but it is very hard to raise funds on ICO stage at the moment, so I guess ICO hype has finished
ICOs can't raise funds because the market is going down and no investor wants to risk it. They need to be safe and overcome the market now, so the ICO is very poor and can't be successful in this time

now the ico hype is over. the ico hype occurred at the end of last year and earlier this year when the market rise and also affected ico income. but when the market crashed in February and it also affected ico's income. so the hype on ico is over now, but if the market immediately rises and the revenue generated by ico also goes up, then the hype in the ico will happen again.

it's not like when the ICO got the attention from the publicity it got a year ago but rather the market has matured and stabilize, no more people getting overhyped into throwing money at nearly everything.
Now the market has stabilize and if the market capital is rising slowly, it will be like that IPO.

Today, fraud is really common. But personally, I continue to believe in the great importance and development potential of ICO in the future. Therefore, I hope that investors will become smarter and choose projects more carefully in order to minimize the risk of fraud.

Yes. There should be sanctions or punishment for ICO's that will scam its investors. Also your question on when will thw hype end for crypto, we can clearly see that it has already ended since there are only few investors left and it extends the bear market. The crypto currency is on dry spell right now.

Now ICO is gradually decreasing, and many fraud projects have damaged the value of the cryptocurrency market and Ethereum. We hate these scammers. If the ICO disappears then it is fatal to the cryptocurrency market.

I do not think this is going to end. Because ICO is a new fundraising method, that won't die until the crypto currencies market will live. We just need to be more selective and chose our ICOs much better than now and try to avoid scam projects.

I think that until ico is legalized to protect investors from fraudsters, ico will lose people and will soon leave

Statistics for this year are definitely not in favor of ICO , I heard about the development of new mechanisms for ICO, where people can easily get their money back, maybe it will scare off scammers.

Yes, it was announced in the Official pages of the SEC, they want to integrate such thing when returning of your assets in case the ICO appears unsuccessful will be possible. They want the securitized tokens to be the securities.

The buzz around new projects has already ended. In general, it makes no sense at the moment to invest in any projects. Most do not even run.

While ICO is going through a very difficult period together with all participants of the cryptocurrency market. As soon as the market recovers, the activity of the ICO will also resume its normal operations. The situation with fraud in the ICO can be settled only after the states begin to regulate this activity. In my opinion, the activity of ICO does not end, it must move from a wild stage to a more civilized one.

I think the hype is already over. There are no more people willing to invest in projects at the stage of birth. The market realized that everything is not so simple and free cheese is only in a mousetrap. I look forward to the regulation that I am sure that in the near future this problem will be solved at the legislative level. Investors should be protected from fraud.

The bear market ruined many icos this year and the scam projects give them a bad name, but I think it's a good way to fund new projects. This should evolve in the future.

Protection of investors in the investment stage this is the main problem. Now we trust in your money and you can just forget about them. That is why most people stopped investing in the ICO. If you will come to the market regulator, investors can be secure and market the ICO will grow again.

I see many exchanges are opening up a new way of investing in ICOs. It is supporting ICO projects selling their token on the exchange, and the exchange stands out. So if the project is not successful then the investor will be refunded soon

I think no. Organizers must be punished but it should be any sanctions to ICO. I think that new projects must appear on crypto market.

Before you ask this question, you should first find out that the answer is, traditional advertising and on the internet today. Is there any time when those ads will not need anymore?

We need to strictly punish these scammers. Imprison. Strictly monitor their activities. But is it possible to develop it? Scammers more and more (
There are rules to break. And there are scammers who use against the rules. It is necessary to tighten control over projects by reporting on the work done on a daily basis.
