Hi all, i wanted to say i am a new grinder at this site, but somewhat dissapointed. Still learning the system has been a challenge for me. Ive deposited over $600 USD in bitcoins over the course of 10 days.
Have not managed to get the ball rolling yet.
But my main problem is a couple of things. When i first joined the site, i played a few $36 HU HYPERs and my software got froze in middle of game. When i returned i had lost my chips. I thought the problem was myself, but then notice a pattern of game freezing. So i swallowed around $72 USD. I even think i lost the same way on a $24 Hyper. But nothing i can do. I never complained about it as i thought the issue was me. But after learning the site, i heard of a few players with the same issues. And one night i was playing a Hyper and 3 cash tables. All the game froze on me and lost every hand. That cost me a good chunk. I thought my internet crashed, but yet again... it was not me.
Then my next problem ( that should be fixed) was i sat at a 3/6 PL table. In the lobby it does not mention if its HI/LO . I assumed all sites would have that in the lobby to make sure its accurate. Well i sat and started playing like i normally play PLO. I folded many times having the low hands. I never bothered to read the top portion of the table. It was a all in hand when i had the NUT flush and i was taking the pot, when i noticed the chips got split.
I ended up losing since i was playing the game incorrectly. All this should be fixed.
After all this, i have not deposited ever since. I made almost 600 status points in a few days. I think i am a great add to this site.
I went back to play at Seals. Maybe ill deposit again, but not sure.
But overall good experience, and when i did cashout, it was virtually instant. Thumbs Up.
We certainly appreciate you playing with us and the great feedback. 1. With regard to the freezing, though these are WPN tournaments we certainly will look into this matter immediately. We have hundreds of people play in these popular sng's daily and rarely get a complaint with regard to freezing but we certainly want to solve all issues. 2. With regard to the PLO table issue that you have, we haven't received this complaint before but certainly want to make sure everything is clear. If you login to the poker client or web version and click Omaha, you will be given a tab that has all of the Omaha option sand then there are tabs for Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo. If you click either tab it shows you the options from that tab. We can see possibly how a player may not notice the first time, but any time after that it should be clear. If it is not, perhaps we need to label the tables further and we ask for additional community feedback on that as we have not heard this before. 600 status points is a great start and you are making your way up the VIP program ladder. We have so many features coming. We know exactly who you are and we appreciate all of this and will certainly get some more feedback. how i can use the poker bonus ?? i see my bonus money freed is :2.45,but how i can use it ? Bonus money is released at a rate of 15% of the rake you generate. What is your username or come visit us in live chat so that we can get you taken care of. So then after it is released you have to claim in chat for it to be put in your account? It does not post automatically? You should put something by the bonus to show how much of the "released" has been claimed or how much you have left to claim, or something is similar to converting bertcoin to chips as keeping track of this could get quite confusing and if you continue to grow it would become an administrative nightmare if 1000s are chatting to get the bonus moved. it release by 2 chips at a time and goes into your account but its not instant usually next day i told them they need to change that awhile ago i think it still says it release by 20 chips at a time. OK good to know. Thanks We are always working on ways to improve our bonus system and will definitely talk about this. Thank you.

for the lagging and freezing part try turning off the animations in the options on the table it helps alot and its for all wpn sites i have to do that yep also if your computer memory is low it may cause some lag... so try to stop some programs running. Excellent feedback form two top players at Betcoin that will improve your performance if not make it perfect. We look forward to your feedback.

What's up with that?
