DOn't kid youself, betcoin has horrendous collusions probems right now at all meaningful stakes. I am boycotting that site until fruther notice until this is rectified.

Also the player pool is tiny. Its always the same group of scumbags that collude/CHEAT nitely. The real fix is to get a legit user base. A few hundred people logged in at time is quite frankly, a total FARCE.

Beside to reporting them to support you might also start posting their usernames here.

Just start callling them out here, it would be appreciated

Please call them out here so that we can look into this promptly.  Also, what is your username so that we can help you further.

Do you really think that listing suspected colluders in a public forum is the proper way to handle it?

Even if they are most likely colluders, do you think listing them here is the proper way to handle it? ahem Tongue
From my perspective of player ...I will be happy to read names here  Wink

So I may have a special attention if facing them at tables (expecially if more than one at the same table at time)

I suspect hopenotlate is colluding, or maybe just a bot Cool

Don't understand  your problem with players sharing Intel  in a public forum. Suspicious activity does not need to be kept secret because  it involves players rather than site super user suspicions activity.  Weren't the culprits at the UB super user scandal "players" too? By definition  a super user involves  a player whether directly or by receiving inside info. Also nobody is going to take a bare allegation like  yours without backup data seriously. Don't understand  your logic.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Silver III rank now! Loving the site.

Is it possible to adjust the default bet-sizing buttons yet?

I'm curious what kind of development is going on behind the scenes. It would be great if you guys could post development progress here or in the forum. Too many sites stagnate with their development, I hope Betcoin continues to work on improving the site.

EDIT2: I saw something about "jackpot SNG's" or something to that effect referenced a couple pages back, will those be Betcoin-specific sit and gos?

They are a WPN sit n go format that is very very popular.

Are they like the Spin n' Go's on Pokerstars? Will they be part of the WPN or Betcoin specific?

The exact same; they have been on every WPN skin that's not Betcoin for over a week now.  That's why we are asking for updates on when they will be on Betcoin.

Hate to have to post this here but I cannot resolve my issue thru the chat. The chat rep keeps insisting that the freed bonus has been added to my balance in small increments  when freed but it has not been posted to my account. I have exchanged  betcoins for chips in small increments but none of my freed bonus has ever been added to my account and I have been keeping  track. Before  yesterday  I had 1.97 before I played then 2.06 after playing  yesterday. After playing today I have freed 2.65 chips and NONE of that has ever posted to my account.

Its not a large  amount but this chat rep is very annoying and not competent. I should  not have to  be keeping track of my balance to make sure the freed bonus is added to my balance. I will not play again at Betcoin until this is resolved. My user id is wwwin1.

I advice everyone to carefully keep track of your balance as the freed bonus is not being added in small increments  in real time but the chat rep insists that it is. In addition  I told the chat rep that I had no choice but to post here and the rep said "go ahead so we can prove you wrong".  Who is this smart ass?

I will not play again until this bonus issue is resolved and I am thinking of withdrawing the full balance as I don't have a lot of time to waste on this nonsense.

Guys: Register for more of the Betcoin specific tournaments! It seems that there aren't many, just the "Bankroll Builder"'s, a late night 25mBTC entry and a few satellites. There is only one Betcoin specific Sit&Go currently listed and it has 0 registrations. Maybe there are more that I'm not aware of?

I know the WPN MTTs have way more action and players, but open up a Betcoin tourney when you're in a cash game or another MTT. I recommend this for a few reasons:

(1) We keep the rake in Betcoin, showing our support for the site and bitcoin. (The bitcoin deposit options on the other WPN skins are annoying compared to how easy it is on Betcoin, and other WPN skins have NO bitcoin withdrawal options (plus the Blackchip withdrawal fees are just egregious), vote with your money)

(2) Affiliate payouts are higher for Betcoin specific tourneys, this also helps to keep the money in our little ecosystem.

(3) Allows people to use their 'Tourney Money' that is awarded through surprise boxes.

(4) The more popular the Betcoin specific tournaments are, the more reason people have to move from the other WPN skins to our site, thus increasing ring game traffic, which will then give SWCpoker players more reason to move over.

TLDR; Play more Betcoin-specific tournaments! You can find them by filtering for only "tourney money".

EDIT: A thought for those who control Betcoin poker games, this is important. Create some mBTC-only tournaments that run at a scheduled time if they have at least 2 players. They must have a guarantee, but you can start small. Initial guarantee can be like 5 buy-ins, then increase it as they get more traffic. Maybe that's what you're trying to do with the "Bankroll Builder" tournaments, but for some reason they don't seem to run, perhaps if you forced them to run at a scheduled time rather than what you're doing now (waiting for whatever the minimum player count is then de-listing them when it isn't met.) Maybe the minimum player count is too high at the moment? Once people see that a tournament is in late-registration and has overlay, they are likely to join and eventually push it over guarantee.

EDIT2: I saw something about "jackpot SNG's" or something to that effect referenced a couple pages back, will those be Betcoin-specific sit and gos?

natmccoy, we are just seeing this and it is excellent.  Can we also discuss it at www.betcoin.ag where we can develop and cultivate more ideas sand feedback here.  Jackpot sng's are coming in 2-4 weeks.

Hello wwwin1, we have had a chance to review your account and we never like to post this publicly but feel we must when you choose to write it publicly.  We first apologize for any inappropriate comments from any staff and are reviewing this in detail.

The bonus is released at a rate of 15% of the rake you generate.  You have generated    0.01506 bitcoin in rake at Betcoin which is about $3.57 and you have received Bonus money Freed:    0.00265 btc about $0.53 in bonus money.  Because of the fluctuation in bitcoin this equates to around 12-18% over the period which is precisely accurate.  All of the Royal Cash transactions that you see in your account add up to the 2.65 mbtc.

It's interesting you end your statement with you "don't have a lot of time to waste on this nonsense", but this is not nonsense and we take this matter very seriously for the over 500 players daily who all participate in the same program as you.  Many generate significant amounts of rake daily and if there were an issue, you would hear about it from many people.  We are here for you anytime whether it's 53 cents in dispute or more.  Thank you for playing with us and come on back anytime.

That  is absolutely  not  true. All the royal cash transactions are in fact betcoin to chip conversions as i check after converting each and every time that I convert. Today you see .21 chips royal cash that I converted 14 betoins.  I had 2.06 freed bonus yesterday and 2.65 today yet the only royal cash is the .21  that i converted today.. Where is the .59 bonus freed today?

You can keep the stinking 2.65 freed bonus that you are stealing and  the .65 chips that are left in my account   I  withdrew 221 chips today. I  have withdrawn all my balance, except..65 and will not play  at Betcoin any more.

In dispute  is not .53. In dispute  is 2.65 fteed bonus that never posted to my account. Royal cash is not freed bonus it is converted betcoin.

wwwin - from the perspective of a fellow player I think you're getting a little too worked up about this. The Betcoin rep posting in this forum just said that they take things like this seriously and they have shown an effort to make things both right and understood. As a player I would definitely take it seriously if a promised bonus were not releasing properly, but having a Betcoin rep responding to you helpfully is a good thing. Also I will add that whoever is in the main website live chat (in the lower right corner) needs to have some additional training or something, they don't seem entirely clued into everything that is going on with the site. I had one experience with them where they were extremely polite and courteous but didn't seem to have proper communication with the main site support, and another conversation where they seemed a bit short and snarky with their answers. I know that if I was working that support box I would know every detail of the site and want the phone numbers of the main technical support with actual power. I have mixed reviews for the support with this site, I've dealt with them quite a bit and sometimes I'm satisfied and impressed but a few times I have had e-mails go unresponded to, withdrawals take an unreasonable amount of time, or live support being less helpful. Just some constructive criticism for the people behind this site that I love and want to see flourish: You want your support to be fast, attentive and possibly 24/7 (at the VERY least have somebody on 7 days a week, gambling site support should be much more than a 9-5 Mon-Fri situation)

That said, Perhaps it could be more clear when deposit bonus is cleared and released. (you are talking about deposit bonus right?) I have been keeping track of mine in the client wallet, where it says for example "Bonus cleared: 47" "Bonus total: 200". However I haven't been tracking whether it has been released into my balance. Since it likely enters in small amounts it would require careful tracking of wallet balance before a session, +/- at each table played and the wallet balance after the session. However I did notice on a rare occasion where I had my entire wallet balance on the tables, my balance moved from 0 to exactly 4, so I assumed that the deposit releases in 4 chip increments and that is was happening properly. It sounds like you, wwwin, were doing the required tracking and calculations, however the betcoin rep claims that it was releasing properly. So either your calculations were wrong or there has been a misunderstanding, I'm sure the rep isn't lying you to try to cover up a conspiracy with their bonus.

I also made a post some time back about how the rate at which the bonus is released as it is listed on the explanation in their website was actually not correct. I don't believe I received a response about that, however checking now it looks like they changed the information to match the correct 15%, so good job attending to that guys. The info I'm talking about was here: https://www.betcoin.ag/bonuses/1-btc-first-deposit-match-bonus

Thanks for posting your experience with the bonus money. However, they are not taking anything seriously or they are incompetent . They are stealing the bonus money and saying that it posts as royal cash but royal cash is converted betcoin points.  I am done playing at betcoin.

All of the Royal Cash transactions that you see in your account add up to the 2.65 mbtc.

isnt the royal cash when you change your points to chips? lol thats not the bonus releasing

i have complained about this many times thats theres no way to see that you get the deposit bonus released

They are also lying when they say that the royal cash adds to 2.65.  I don't trust  then anymore as they are liers and don't know how to run a poker site or how to treat customers.

wwwin - from the perspective of a fellow player I think you're getting a little too worked up about this.

Well we are sorry your experience wasn't positive and you would think we are stealing bonus money.  We are unsure how you can "steal" bonus money but to think we would not pay out the roughly $0.53 cents worth of bonus you earned is completely incorrect.  We follow the exact same bonus structure as the WPN in the way it is credited, earned and paid, however our payout rate is faster.  This system is the same for the hundreds of thousands of WPN members and thousands of Betcoin members.  The irony is we give away bonuses far more than $0.53 cents quite frequently for a variety of reasons.  We are very proud that our player base continues to grow and will continue to work hard knowing we can't please everyone 100% of the time.  We will still try whether that player has generated a lifetime value of $10 in rake or $0.10 in rake.

Lastly, we know there will be complaints and we are here to address them anytime.  We do find it interesting that the complaints are typically about bonuses and promotions where we are giving our great players something many websites don't even offer!  For a more personal approach and faster approach, please submit a ticket anytime.
