tons of errors come out  , i beleive it was adware as you said before. and i have cleared it all many times unfortunately it's not working i still got that errors. anybody has same problem like me? please share. i need to fix this.

I would say purge and check your registry with Hijackthis

Good feedback freedomno1 and ranlo.  We have seen this with a few players and have confirmed that it is some type of adware or spyware that needs to be cleared off of your system.  Please keep us posted on your progress and come by live chat for specific assistance.

I requested a withdraw for 0.602 BTC. They refuse to pay me. They blocked my account after I harrassed chat for me to get paid for over an hour. They refuse to acknowledge my response and are holding my funds.

I cannot log in anymore either.

My username was alabamafan1. I have been scammed.

I will bump this everyday until I am paid because you cannot hold someone's funds simply because they told everyone about your bad service which is what Betcoin is doing.

crazywack some of the people that we have to deal with would really shock you.  Regardless, this player has had a long history of attempted scams with a wide variety of companies as seen by his trust rating.  We have never seen a rating that low, but there is clearly a reason.

He remains upset that his account is banned by the WPN and Betcoin after openly admitting how to scam the WPN.  He has also had a long history of attempted scams here at bitcointalk.  He abandoned his first username because of the poor trust rating which was here  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=162265

Now his rating is at a level which we wouldn't even believe to be attainable.  He has made many accusations about Betcoin and other companies being a scam since 2013 and played consistently with Betcoin during the entire time.  His actions do not back up his statements.  Nobody would play for 2 years on a website they truly believed was a scam.

It's unfortunate we have to waste our time and resources with this nonsense.  Have wonderful day everyone.

If you felt some players colluded against you just report them highlighting  time period, tables, hand numbers (you have handhistories saved on your PC) to support. I guess they would look into hand histories to find something wrong.

Again about Random Number Generator if you have a good sample of hands played just load them on a tracke program (such as holdem managar 2, PokerTracker 4 etc) and you might check if probabilities match with handhistories. 

I played a lot on Betcoin when they first stated (back in late 2013 to almost all 2014) and didn't notice anything strange with RNG. Can't say anything about collusion, it it's running or not lately but, repeat myself again, just report anything you feel suspicious with as many details as you can.

As most everyone knows we use the same software and staff as the WPN and a poker room earns from rake, therefore it is irrelevant who wins or who loses.  Betcoin Poker's rake is half as much as most fiat poker rooms therefore you get tremendous value as well.  It's unfortunate that when a player loses there i something wrong with the play but when he wins the system is working perfectly.  This is just human nature.  We thank everyone for their great support and will continue to improve everyday.
