The rake is actually programmed correctly in the system with the proper cap, but appears to be capping at 2 ($0.82) for most tables 5 ($2.14) for some tables and the highest of 8 mbtc ($3.43) for very few tables. To be clear this is still within the lower range of the caps for Poker Stars, Bovada, and Carbon Poker, but certainly not what we have on our rake page. For that we apologize, but we will certainly work through these bugs. There was a backoffice update that caused a variety of errors including the table starter and rake issues. This has been a very enlightening bug as most ring game players are still earning over 100% of the rakeback which is now more and the affiliates are also earning more.
We are working with the software provider to get this fixed and will continue to provide updates at Betcoin.ag. Refunding players who have been overpaying is a bit more complicated because most players are actually getting more than they should! Do we take this away from them and their affiliates? We thank you for your support and will continue to work hard everyday. We just want this to be perfect for all of you and we will keep working hard until we get there. Great action on the tables right now and we will extend the 10 mbtc ring game promo!

That explains the whole situation. And no TwitchySeal nothing happened because of your rantings and therefore the medal you want is not forthcoming. If you think you are gonna get Betcoin players to play at Seals it's not going to happen since the seals have been moribund since Micon left.

You still haven't answered Dooglus' question. It was asked almost a week ago. "There are no difficult questions". Your statement makes no sense. If you have raked 8mb from a player who was supposed to have payed 2mb, then you owe them 6mb. When should players expect to receive these refunds?

How do you figure? They contradict themselves in the first sentence. The rake is actually programmed correctly in the system with the proper cap, but appears to be capping at 2 ($0.82) for most tables 5 ($2.14) for some tables and the highest of 8 mbtc ($3.43) for very few tables.
Theyve been aware of the issue for 4 weeks. The day after I bring it up they fix it. (I think, maybe its not fixed though) Do you really think they needed "rake testers''? Have they returned the bitcoin they unintentionally took to the players it was unintentionally taken from? Why do you care whether or not I try to stop a business from doing bad things? I understand you don't care that they do bad things, but surely you wouldn't care if they stopped right? Read my signature, they are glad I'm doing this.

So you claim that your business exists by giving everyone 100% rakeback and not making any money from anyone? LIES! Please give your great players back the extra rake that you illegally took from them.

Please give your great players back the extra rake that you illegally took from them. They think that because some players received 100% rakeback when being overcharged means that they have been giving out more than 100% rakeback. Reality: No more than 2 players could be eligible to receive 100% rakeback at any table. Even if they were charged triple what they should have been, receiving it back is still equal to 100% rakeback. Players should obviously not be entitled to a refund for hands if they received 100% rakeback. Players who were over charged and did not receive 100% rakeback should be refunded, but wont be. Consider this: Every hand played at a HU NL table for the past 4+ weeks with a pot of 100 chips or more was over raked by 4 chips. (0.004 BTC) It adds up fast.

I play on regulated site in USA every day. I've also heard about UB. Have you considered what would of happened if everyone had the same attitude as you? Ever hear of this guy? Todd Witteles was a victim of the Absolute Poker/Ultimatebet "Superuser" cheating scandal. He and several other online players took part in uncovering and proving the cheating. This attracted enough media attention to where it became the subject of a story on the TV news program "60 Minutes", where Witteles was featured. The episode aired on November 30, 2008.[6] Witteles appeared on the front page of The Washington Post about the same matter.[7] On December 16, 2009, he appeared on CNBC to discuss the cheating. In the CNBC special, Witteles claimed that legalization and regulation of online poker was necessary in order to prevent future cheating scandals. He also appeared on a Blu-ray Extra attached to the movie Runner Runner, entitled House Of Cards: The Inside Story of Online Poker.[8] Here's what he's said about Betcoin: this site sounds shady as hell, and you should stay far, far away.
I will admit that I didn't understand everything you posted (I think it made sense to you but not to outsiders like me), but the "No Collusion Freeroll" -- where they held a freeroll supposedly with funds confiscated due to collusion, yet allowed the colluders to still play on the site, should be all you need to know about betcoin's integrity.
It also appears that they engage in an evasive and passive-aggressive customer service model, where they first ignore problems, then attempt to cover them up as much as they can behind the scenes, and then ban anyone who continues to question them.
I suggest everyone stay away from Betcoin. Before I read the rest of your post, I was predicting that Jessica wouldn't actually be fired, but would just be assigned another name to use for Betcoin support.
Looks like they didn't even do that, and she's simply still working there under Jessica.
Pretty awful.
Anyone who continues to patronize these scumbags is a fool.

Anyone who continues to patronize these scumbags is a fool. You know what's funny? I was playing on UB and AP during the scandal....they re-reimbursed everyone and I continued to play all the way up until Black Friday....We were never reimbursed when they finally closed for good....but....whatever. I still had the WPN after Black Friday! Stars, tilt, Cereus, even Bodog's domain name was seized that morning with an FBI announement (rarely mentioned). But, the WPN has been around for a long time and they're a strong network!

Obviously the people who got 100%RB aren't due anything because they've already got all of their rake back. That is a small number of people (and smaller if you consider all of the times that the table starter "didn't work" or "was down"). There are a ton of people who got overraked and are due refunds.

They reimbursed only a fraction of what was stolen. Then they pretended that a new regime would be taking over UB and brought in guys like Joe Sebok to convince everyone else how legit they were. The fact that their domain was seized by DOJ is not what makes them scum. It's the the fact that all the funds that should have been segregated to back up players balances were gone. You should of stopped supporting them as soon as you found out they were doing unethical things the first time. Why are we talking about UB again?

Betcoin, comment? What is the point of having a thread like this if every time someone asks a difficult question you spam the same 3 posts on top of it to hide the difficult question?
Please either answer the questions or explicitly admit that you don't want to answer them. Repeatedly spamming the same out-of-date information about tournaments that already finished is annoying, ugly, and rude.
What question(s) do you want answered? There are no difficult questions. I'm interested to know about your parent company, and how it "overlaps" with BetCris and the WPN, as you mentioned here: Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily. Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years.
I've seen people ask about that many times in this thread, and each time they do you ignore it, and follow up with 2 or 3 long posts repeating things you have already said many times. It could look to a suspicious mind as if you are avoiding the question. So are you willing to answer? What is your parent company, and how is it connected to BetCris and/or the WPN?

You tried to get me to give up by convincing me I was wasting my time. What does not make sense is why you keep wasting your time. You don't want to play here and they banned you. So both agree that you will not play here. To play at Betcoin you have to take the good with the bad or else you will be upset many times when dealing with support. So if you can't handle it is better for you to walk away and forget the whole thing. You are not going to change anything one bit. Don't be foolish. They are content in growing at a snail pace, and sometimes regressing, or else they would have made some changes a long time ago. Nobody has been able to change the way they handle themselves or the way they do things and I seriously doubt that you can. You tried to convince me that the level of scummyness that Betcoin gets away with is standard and acceptableWhat did you expect? At least I don't waste long hours as you do in a mission that is imposible to accomplish. You should just play live poker...oh wait live dealers have been known to steal chips...I guess you should just go to church and deal with 100% honest people... Trolled meHave you ever considered what would happen is every has the same attitude as you?
The whole online poker industry would fail as everyone would have been banned. LOL
Now you're just making shit up about me.You really don't know what my attitude is...but TwichySeal is a SWC shill
