I dont think there is any software like that. Even if it existed it would be very unrealiable anyways in the first place.

well what made you think so? I am using poker office with full tilt... successfully...
developers of poker client software provides API  to developers of statistics software and that`s it.
Why it should be unreliable?

I have a problem that needs dealing with, and I just had a very aggrovating experience with one of Betcoin's crack support team at their website. I'm having trouble connecting the account that I've previously made, with my e-mail address, because, also apparently my password has been changed, and I can't figure out what it is.

I've talked to support previously about this issue, and they directed me to the Support email addy for Betcoin. I emailed my problem to them, and for two weeks now, I have not received a response. This morning 'George' was extremely rude and condescending to me about my problem, and swiftly Blocked me from chat after some frustrations of mine boiled over into me calling him an idiot.

In conclusion, other than my completely frustrating experience of having dealt with this particular employee of yours, I would like my E-mail address connected with my username, and I would also like a new password, so I can legitimately log into my account. Please help me with my situation, and I will send you the username in a private message.

We apologize that you had an unpleasant experience with George.  You can always reset your password using your username here: https://www.betcoin.ag/user/password

However only if you have a proper email on file.  We have researched your chat record and believe we know who you are, however there is an email address on this account.  We have emailed you the details for further clarification and will have this situation handled promptly fo ryou.

Can you also forward the original email because we were unable to find it and would always respond to these emails quickly.

I've been a member at Betcoin for about 6 months now and in that time I've had to deal with Betcoin support on a number of occasions. I think it was my first day here, there was a player signed onto 5-6 accts on a sit&go. Within minutes of reporting this to support I could see each player one by one vanishing from their seat. I was really excited to see this level of support for even micro limit players like myself. For the first 3 months I had minor issues and each time it was dealt with promptly and with the utmost professionalism.

There was one hiccup a couple months ago, and I think there were misunderstandings but regardless it was resolved. I just figured from that point on I would try to stay clear of support unless absolutely necessary. Well in the last few weeks I've contacted them on some minor things and as expected everything was quickly resolved. George on live support has been very helpful, as well as Thomas and Chris over email.

Then, last night I made a pretty stupid mistake, I think caused by lack of sleep and it being 3 am. In a panic I emailed support last night explaining my situation. I just received a reply from Chris a couple hours ago and I must say how glad I am to once again receive some of the best customer support I've seen anywhere, these guys really go above and beyond. I just wanted to show my appreciation to everyone on the support team especially, Chris, George, and Thomas.

i think the cage should be less than 2 hours long if under ten players and with 40 min levels instead, looks like its always winner take all when its 3 hours with so little players.

Username?  Did you confirm it?  The most common delay is that the confirmation was not complete as we take player security very seriously and we do see all confirmed withdrawals completed.
