I have never received one Satoshi from your bonus program, nor do I ever expect to.

You need to earn at least 10,000 loyalty points during the month to earn a VIP reward.

If you see that you are short of some points toward the end of the month, you can use our new provably fair Direct Dice to pump up your points and get the reward.

This will be profitable for you because Direct Dice features extremely low house edge to no house edge, depends on your VIP level.

For example, lets say that you have 80,000 loyalty points and you need 20,000 more to get 0.75 BTC reward.

You can bet with the Direct Dice with virtually no house edge to get those 20,000 loyalty points and unlock the 0.75 BTC reward, plus during the process you will be freerolling on the 10 BTC Jackpot !

How can I cancel a bet if my BTC hasn't shown up in my betting wallet yet after 12 hours? I don't want to bet unless the game hasn't started yet.

Please PM me the bet ID and I will help you out.

In Baseball when it says Under/Over 10.5 runs does that mean both teams combined or each individual team?
Surely its for combine teams not for one team

The number of loyalty points that you have is shown in the Bet Status page of any of your bets.

Note : If you are betting with multiple coins / payout addresses, be sure to provide your e-mail address every time you bet so that your loyalty points will be counted from all your payout addresses combined. If you do not provide an e-mail address, your loyalty points will be tracked separately for each payout address.

For those of us using an email address when we bet - it would be really helpful if "Bet Status" would let me see all plays relating to the email address.

Since there's a different address and coin transaction ID for every play, it's difficult and time consuming to view all plays (or any one play).

Would be very easy if you could link the "Bet Status" page to the email address.

If you go to the Bet Status page through the following link (not of any particular bet) :

http://www.directbet.eu/BetStatus.cshtml

You will see the last 30 bets placed from the device, including status, result, bet amount, confirmed odds and a link to each individual Bet Status.

This will allow you to see, at glance, the status of all your most recent bets.

Is that what you were looking for ?

If you need the history of older / additional bets, please e-mail support@directbet.eu

"You will see the last 30 bets placed from the device..."

What is "the device" referring to?

"You will see the last 30 bets placed from the device, including status, result, bet amount, confirmed odds and a link to each individual Bet Status."

If I go to the url you supplied, I see:

"Check the status of your bets.

Enter Bet ID :

Your Bet ID is the Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin address where you sent the bet to.

Alternatively, you can enter the coin transaction ID of your bet transfer."

Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop computer, etc.

Below that you should see "Recent Bets" with the list of your 30 most recent bets.

Since we don't have "Accounts" at DirectBet, we can only store and show there the history of bets that you placed from the current device that you're using.

If you don't see any bet history there then you probably placed your bets from another device, or cookies are not enabled in your web browser.

I placed them from the same device.

Cookies are enabled. However, I clear them several times a week.
You yourself have suggested clearing cookies in the past I believe when there have been problems.

Once again, if you set up that page so it can be linked from the email address we use, that would be helpful.
Otherwise, it is useless for anyone who clears cookies.

Nope. We don't think it was us.

Once again, if you set up that page so it can be linked from the email address we use, that would be helpful.

The reason why we don't do it is for privacy reasons. Otherwise, anyone who knows your e-mail address will be able to retrieve your bet history since there are no "Accounts" at DirectBet.

In the future, we will add a feature that allows you to obtain your bets history and status via e-mail, and it will be sent to the e-mail address that you used for betting.

Will you find that useful ?
