Haven't noticed that trend at all. Then again, I don't waste much time reading about new ICOs unless they're work related. But haven't people always been joking about Bitcoin anyway? Doesn't necessarily translate to negative impact. They say any news is good news, and the more people hear about it, the more likely they are to want to learn more about it - just like I did when I first heard about it. It took me years before I finally got down to using it, but might have been longer had I not heard about it first.

Besides, these people you talk about all understand how their fates are tied to Bitcoin's fortunes. Even the most voracious attacked or Bitcoin (let's say BCH for example) won't deny that their destinies for now are determined by Bitcoin's.

You said it all they are in the market to sell off their token and will do anything legal to promote what they have. The market will have the final say on the position and value of what they have as token. Investing public are not novice in all these  market sentiments. I do not think members of ICO's can change the way bitcoin is preceived. If somebody is following them on twitter, this one is actually already into CC's, so this can not change the whole public menaing about btc..

there are a lot of ICO companies that promote their project success through social media, but if they play around, or want to make falling bitcoin prices and you say they will make bitcoin prices will not go up again it can never happen, they can to create a coin, but to make the bitcoin going down and will not be able to raise the price again, that's impossible for me.
