Hi,

Is there anyway to sue them even im on other country?

Still no response on my ticket or any updates. Its been more than a month since i deposited. I really feel im scammed.

Thanks,

Mike

Doesn't matter where you from... they're based in UK/EU, so they're under UK/EU laws. I'm sure there is an office/court which will deal with them. Just check on the google. And it would be good if more people do that togaher Wink

If you want free legal advice and what route to follow in the UK a first step is always Citizen Advice Bureau.

I have just lost a few brain cells reading this comment....

Anyway.. Either get a friend that is a lawyer or for who is in London there are some free lawyer organisations that may help finding out the right place to start a case. As I said, it may not be the first choice but CAB is free and may guide you where to go to find the relevant information and which channels to contact, etc...

I had my money held for months with BTC-E without one answer from support. I only got my money back by doing an anulation of the transaction through my bank. I know how you may be feeling.

Recently, we started to receive  claims because of the long-time credit of funds transferred by SEPA / WireTransfer. The main problem is that some of our clients have a negligent attitude to the control of the field Details of Payment. As the result it takes an additional time to find your money. Please, make sure, that  the information Details of Payment is always present in the document of transfer, do not shorten it, don not  use your account username.

In my case that is BS. I use a telebanking template. First transfer went through without a glitch and arrived in four days. The second transfer (EUR 4k) has been outstanding since 16 December. Support says that "this issue will be fixed in the near future". C'mon guys. What is "the near future"? Days, weeks, months?

It can't be difficult to add the funds to my account since the payment details were CORRECT!

Get your act together.

Cheers

Jeff

Exactly the same experience and problem. Its more than a month now on my end still no reply.

Its like on 1st deposit its cheaper i.e. Minimum 700usd then on second min.  Is 2000usd

Then on second no response or reflection.

I really feel btc-e is a scam

Hi Mike,

Strange coincidence. I posted this message and - lo and behold - I get a message from support saying that the money did not arrive and I should contact my bank.

Dealing with Russians is a pain in the butt. I joined BTC-Miner (also a Russian setup) and managed to purchase 40 shares in a mining rig (not very lucrative, but it pays for itself, more or less). I sent them another 200 bucks by credit card and the funds got stuck in Liqpay somewhere. Thankfully I'm an ex MasterCard employee, so I simply called a former colleague of mine and he cancelled the transfer. Lucky me.

Bottom line so far: Most providers in the BTC area are hopelessly amateurish. Very few offer good professional service.

My advice: Make sure you do your homework before entrusting serious amounts of money to BTC providers out there.

I'm sure this will change eventually, but in the meantime be careful.

Just my 2 cents.

Cheers

Jeff

BTC-E IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS SINCE I MADE  A WITHDRAWAL AND I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY MONEY, YOU CONTINUE TO MERGE AND DELETE MY TICKETS WITHOUT RESPONSE.  WHY DO YOU DELAY AND DODGE? THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND STARTING TO BECOME A NUISANCE. YOU HAVE ASKED FOR SCREENSHOTS AND DETAILS WHICH I PROVIDED WEEKS AGO WITH NO RESPONSE STILL.

RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

i'm having the same problems with BTC-e as some of you have.

i have wired them $2000+ several times.

there has never been a problem. it has always been credited within 3-5x days.

on the 4th of january i have wired them $5000 and the money has NOT been credited yet.

the money has been deducted from my account on the 6th.

they should have received the transfer on the 7th of january.

they also don't respond to my ticket (#YQE-654-22624).

i'm also using an e-banking template so the "details of payment" are 100% correct.

i have written to them in both english and russian, no reaction.

getting worried.

Seems they shouldn't have a thread here if they are not answering people messages.  Kinda scam like behavior, you all should pull your money out of BTCE if they cant treat clients with respect and courtesy.

Hi,

I opened and account and transfer a very small amount of BTCs to test the API, but until now I don't have BTCs in my balance.

How much time it takes to get the BTCs in the balance?

The transaction have now more than 2 hours and have more than 10 confirmations.
