I too have had nothing but trouble getting BTC-E to release my wire deposit. I have opened multiple tickets and supplied all the necessary documents but they still are holding my $10K USD!!!! Here is my case #MAY-257-94803. Please release my funds.

I did send the funds from a US bank. Why? The funds are there, I bought some BTC with them. But now I cant even transfer out the BTC to a safer wallet because BTC-E says there is a 30 day hold. Their emailed response says they need to verify my account with a ID and utility bill which I've given them 3 times. This is just crazy.

OMG, I just got off the Newbie list one minute ago...I was posting there earlier today that my $7000.00 in deposits via US bank wire was not being credited and I was getting no responses to my support tickets...
Then about an hour or two later my money showed up on my account but I have a 707 hour hold...I submitted the required documents BUT I JUST NOTICE THIS STATEMENT FROM THE WEBSITE!!!:::

Hello BTC-e,

couple of questions:

1 - I've sent USD via Intl. wire transfer, got my money on the account and bought Bitcoins. Trying to move them to my wallet got a "Money Hold". Submitted a ticket, provided the required doc's and now waiting for verification confirmation. The reply for the ticket was saying that verification will take up to 5 days. At the moment 5 days are gone but no info available. Can you please check if the ticket is actually in processed?  #UKU-555-23549

2 - I am planning to send more USD via Int. wire transfer. Would you require verification once again should I decide to withdraw BTC or USD?

I would NOT plan on doing any more wire transfers at this moment until they get better at responding to all of us, and also respond to the fact that they state they do not accept US wire transfers (see my post 2 posts up from here)...THe only thing I am thinking about that statement is maybe they mean they do not accept them directly, and that is why they instruct us to send to Mayzus?...My account is currently on hold for 707 hours...thats right...707!!

BTC-e, please respond to OUR SUPPORT TICKETS!!

Your response to your ticket/support system is extremely slow. It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my sizable USD deposit and it has not been credited to my account. Can you please update my ticket RJB-982-93189. I have supplied all my information and my Swift copy. Will I have to endure this kind of service every time I make a deposit with your company?

Thanks for crediting my account :-) But you are not out the woods yet. Now my funds has a "Money hold. 715 hours left" when I try to transfer my bitcoins. I already sent my ID and verification documents 2 Weeks ago via ticket SXZ-719-66445. Please help clear up this last hurdle. My ID documents has already been verified.

BTC-PLEASE UNHOLD MY ACCOUNT! UNHOLD MY MONEY!

I've transferred money and 2 bitcoins to BTC-E a month ago and since then withdrawing from my account has been denied. I have sent about 6 tickets and the required documents, but support hasn't unhold yet.

I have transferred the money from my businessaccount and in my last ticket I have put a scan of my card to prove the account is definitely in my name.

Please BTC-E check my ticket and unhold my account. I just want to know that you can be trusted and that if I want, I could take my money out of the account.

I'm glad you already solved my e-mail and password change trouble succesfully. Thank you.

Pero ahora cuando quiero sacar mis btc-e por una transferencia de btc o de dinero. Me pone: Denied for your account. Contact support. But I another problem now. When I want to withdraw my BTC using a transfer of USD or BTC the system just denies my request. It says: DENIED FOR YOUR ACCOUNT. CONTACT SUPPORT.

I need to solve this as soon as posible. I hope you can answer me as fast as you can.

Here I attach one screenshot of what's going on.

I'm cancelling all my deposits from mining until you solve me this problem. I hope this could change soon because I like this exchange.

Well some part of this must have changed since I successfully wire transferred money into BTC-E about a month ago. Although I still can't access the BTC I bought with it. They must have changed some policy though, as they gave detailed instructions on the deposit page on how to wire money in.

I lost about 5-600 usd..I was logged in and trading and then I logged out and received an email about 20 mins later that said my withdraw was successful. I was receiving emails that needed permission to withdraw and for some reason I filed a support ticket and they said the transaction never took place..now I am banned and I cannot login to see if in fact it did. I am not getting any response now and I am banned. So I am not happy. I am just wanting to login and see if the coins are still there like customer service said. Thanks!

...Yes! You can't mess with peoples money like this without communicating what is going on. They are not reading our support tickets obviously because I already sent the documents they are requesting...It would be nice if the communication were even just a little better instead of terrible!!!.
