I  don't know it's good or bad news by the way to reduce reward , is that best solution now ?. But you can see MAX coin, it's same and now the price can not get high after reward reducing.

UltralCoin is in same case as all coins, because BTC and LTC is going down.

the price will rise when the market get good new from chinese market.

just wondering when you change the block reward have you thought about how miner's will stop mining ??

at the moment we are struggling just to cover cost so when it drops to 15 per block i and many others wont ever be able to cover cost and will have to turn the pc's off or change coins just a thought

I bid to differ, although I was against the change initially, the rate at which UTC is producing coins is ridiculous. We need to remember UTC holders are not collecting PoS to offset this rapid production rate, why are they the ones to suffer while miners are mining and dumping on them?
There has to be some sort of balance between traders/investors/miners where everyone makes money. Adoption into the ecommerce section for crypto is still slow, there is no need for that many UTC's. As far as volume is concerned, everyone knows it's BTC/Fiat is what stands for Volume, so selling 1000,000 UTC's for 1 BTC or selling 1000 UTC's for 1 BTC is actually the same volume. When the block reward is cut it should stop the miners from dumping at a very low rate and dilute the investors UTC, because eventually if you drive the investors out the miners will just jump ship. Like I said there should be a balance where both Miner and investor stand to gain, it's totally unfair at this point. Can we do better on marketing? yes we always can marketing never ends. And I envy Bumface for having some of the best dedicated people on his team, even some of the investors/community members here are a  big plus for any community. I wish the PoS side of things is fixed as well maybe a 3 month for 5% instead a year for 20% or even 1.5% Monthly. The fees that are being burned at the moment by UTC transactions should have been going to the Investors to compensate them for the inflation rate. This should still be considered for the next block reward as well.

I also had halve WU no HW/R increase detected , not that it matters when I finish work today switching mining and going to dump coins while UTC is cheap before the coin rate is lowered

So I have a rig with 2, 280x and 1, 280. The 280 runs great with a setting of -g 1, but the 280x seem to need -g 2. But for the life of me, I cannot get the miner to take a command like "-g 2,2,1" any ideas?

This fails to run. If I just use a single g setting "g 1" works, but the 280x run at half speed, "-g 2" crashes the 280.
