What are your HW rate and power supply. All Ant's are not created equal I have some that don't like 400. 375 is always stable and gives 190 GH with usually 0 HW.

HW rate?  Where do i find this?  Power Supply is Corsair RM850

I have two Antminer's and both are maxing out at 190 GH with a 400 mhz overclock.  Am I just really unlucky?

I thought 200GH was guaranteed if you overclocked to 400 mhz?

Guaranteed? Overclocking is not guaranteed at all.

Each is different. I have some that only like 393, others will do 400 and even 406.

This is with me keeping the HW errors to a max of 0.99% (none hit that but that is my limit) I did take a few to 412 but the hw errors were just over 1%

I hate that PSU..........only 3 PCIE cables,WTF Huh

I got one & it should power 2 Ants,I was going use a cable I had Cablez make to pull power from the ESP,but I'm not, better safe than sorry  Roll Eyes

Picked up one these :

http://www.ultraproducts.com/applications/campaigns/campaigntemplate.asp?CampaignID=1111

Very happy with it,it has 6 PCIExpress cables,3 6pin & 3 8pin individual cables (1 connector each,no doubles) & its 60 amp,single rail  Cool

2 Ants are running about 800 watts,NO OC,so far not a whimper  Cheesy

post a screen shot of your miner status page

Once again, both are overclocked to 400mhz

Antminer 2 has 10% HW errors, and Antminer 1 has almost 10%. That's likely the source of your problems.

Is that a problem with the power supply or the antminer?

Drop it down to 393.

393.75 MHz    '5F05'

You might even need to go lower.

387.5   MHz    '5E85'

Where are you seeing 10% HW errors?  What # on that status page tells me this?

HW / (HW + DiffA + DiffR + DiffS)= xx  *100

Simple rule: Keep the HW lower than accepted shares and you will be ok.

Can I tweak the timeout to increase GH? Huh  Thanks for your help btw!  Smiley

I am not sure as I have not done any comparisons myself or read about any others. I just keep mine at 35 or 36 depending on the clock speed.

For those of you that use their Ants wirelessly, I have a question:

if I connect a 5Dbi antenna and put my Ant downstairs one floor beneath the router, directly underneath the router, I should be able to get a good signal right?

your issue is that at 400Mhz the antminer is being overworked - either the power supply is not quite powerful enough to feed it or the PCB power connections just cant handle being so far out of spec.

Try 387.5 - it works on ~80% of machines and produces about 194GH. Considering you are losing almost 20GH to hardware errors, it makes sense to tune it down a little

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

Is there anyone who successfully connected their Antminer to their wireless network that can help me set this up?  I've already changed both of my miners to a different IP address, but the wireless one isn't bringing up the setup page when I put in the address... Huh

How do I get my router to accept the Antminer as a legitmate wireless connection?

Changed mine from 400 freq down to 393.75 and it has a lot less HW errrors!

HW errors less than the amount of Accepted shares now.   Grin
