Due to technical issues C-CEX can be unavailable for day or two. We are working to fix it.
As for XVG - we had to spend a lot of time to fix this issue - but it turned to be impossible. We lost XVG wallet and it's backup due to technical issues. We will announce XVG refund program later.

From what I understand, Yuri is good for his word. Back in 2014 they were hacked and around 300 BTC was stolen. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=485029.msg5357338#msg5357338 Over time, as I have heard it, he repaid the victims from the funds generated by C-cex and finally recently broke even. That was part of the reason for the month long vacation- in celebration for this accomplishment. Just be patient with them and I believe you can expect to get refunded. |

Myself and many others have been patiently waiting for word on what happened to our beloved Verge (XVG) coins that you are now saying is completely unrecoverable. Perhaps an occasional update to the issue might have kept your exchange from being looked at as a scam site. Personally, I was being extremely optimistic and hopeful that they would be returned, maybe even have you HODL them for me to keep me from selling them at lower price. Looks as though that will not be the case.
If you did, in fact, pay back all the bitcoin that was stolen in 2014, I can only assume that you will now begin paying back those that lost their DASH coins from your site in 2015. Do not keep us in the dark this time if you expect to save any amount of credibility for your exchange. However, considering that I had 1,080,384.34430223 XVG that you failed to transfer to my wallet on 19 December 2017, it might be beneficial to pay up quickly before it increases in value again or have someone contact me privately so we can negotiate a settlement. I can only assume you do not have a legal department for me to contact directly.
Lastly, who is Sunken Fedor and where is Paramaribo, Suriname?

I knew something is wrong, but didn't expect something as big as this. The silence, avoiding questions, vacation and all the other things that has happened, doesn't make them feel to be trusted. We'll see what happens, but doesn't look very good so far from their side, and how they have handled everything. Very unprofessional. |
