My ticket from Jan 8 was closed today without any resolution at all. Told me it worked itself out. No it did not.  A FALSE FAKE FABRICATED TRANSACTION WAS PROVIDED. NEVER EXISTED THEN, DOES NOT EXIST NOW. THIEVES!

in fact all the withdrawal of most of them is no problem at all, except withdrawals using a small ETH that takes several days to clean up, and regardless of that, it feels better not to have funds on exchange, especially considering the publicity around poloniex lately

How much of a backlog do they have that it takes 3 months or more to get problems resolved. Either they don't have enough staff to handle the problems or the staff they do have don't know how to fix the problems, whatever it is everyone should leave Poloniex well alone.

Members will definitely run and look for other, more secure exchanges.

Do not risk your money in this exchange, move on and invest in other exchange.

What's wrong with Bittrex? Bittrex also has Clam trading pair but it does have a small volume. But I think rather than have to wait long until the deposit comes in, why not try Bittrex and sell there.
Deposits are faster and more secure.

In my opinion, Poloniex should delist all the shitcoins... By shitcoins I mean here coins that have been constantly been traded under 1000 btc/day and focus on the prime service of the coins that bring the volumes (and fees) to the exchange.
Now as it attempts to please all the communities they end up having poor service and a lot of lagging.
Their website has not been working fine with me for 1-2 years already when using mobile site... It basically kills the battery as it is somehow quite heavy to roll on mobile phone

Setup a protocol with your new host so that every time you want to enter recovery mode or anything of that nature - they MUST call you
at the phone number you provided upon signup. And that phone number cannot ever be changed unless you provide payment details and the like.
And if that phone number is changed they must call the old one to make sure you changed it.

That would solve it. Well... it would if it was followed 100% of the time.

The only other solution would be on-site servers in your own offices or a locked cage at the datacenter. Where there is a physical
restriction to the servers. Which is obviously far more expensive
