Can anyone update me on what's been happening in the past 6 months?
There was a sudden rebrand from Darkcoin-the-dark-market-coin to Dash-the-fiat-and-plastic-replacement. It did not go over well. This was the market's immediate reaction:  Core dev vertoe said " fuck this..hierarchical...centralized...golden donkey" and left. Those who sold immediately upon the rebrand announcement missed a bit of hype and pump, but also evaded the crash which has continued to the present.  TL;DR The highly unpopular rebrand destroyed about 33% of the coin's value. |

Great news. I have been getting a lot of people on Twitter asking me about an Electrum wallet. Glad to be able to send them somewhere finally! Just one more gain in infrastructure for the network that is digital cash. |

Can anyone update me on what's been happening in the past 6 months? Still holding Dash (half was stolen if you wanna check my post history... Kinda gave up but I found the guy in France just not much I could do about it) but haven't been active in the community. Any big changes, big news or big bugs/issues? I see the price is dropping and came here to check.
how did you get it stolen? Got a bitcoin stealer on my pc, Google password hacked and wallet depleted due to poor password security. Lesson learned. Kinda sucks I can't do anything about the Fuck but I have lots of info on him. May make a new reddit post at some point and see if the reddit community could help...as well as posting it on here and maybe some other boards. Others have gotten hacked by the same guy too. |

Ive been a strong believer in Darkcoin... the DASH rebrand.. well not so much. I still think it was a mistake. Continual downward trend. Im selling all mine tonight. I will buy back in when/if the trend reverses. I'm not wealthy, I can't afford to lose anymore money on this investment. Sad.

Yeah, i put buy order below, hope to get a MN when it drops to 0.005. Its just temporal so its not a big deal. An amazing opportunity for people to get in!
Loads of development coming up and lots of improvement. Also, during the last 6 months a lot of infrastructure has been developed.
I would sell off if there was no development and if here were no trolls (then i would be scared as hell!) but not now, its all good!

Given that the trend you show starts at 0.0016 and ends at 0.07 with a 430% gain I'd say you're at least one of the more creative "analysts" around here (P.S. At least Dash's support lines point in the right direction. On the other hand, if your coin never did anything but loose value since its launch then maybe 'support' isn't quite the right term ) |

little tip with ugly workaround, if you have a remote windows masternode machine and it keeps crashing after a few days, try this auto restart program. Restartoncrash-v1.4.exe, http://w-shadow.com/blog/2009/03/04/restart-on-crash/I actually suspect its the mobo that keeps exiting the dashd daemon, but whatever the reason, this useful little program keeps the masternode and most other programs going on windows 7, have auto restart set to 1 minute. (thanks Jeztah, yes it does work, had to test for 2 weeks first) |
