cool, if you go back in this thread to when evan gave the amsterdam talk you will find even more info debunking their old script. that's when our xmr troll friend tried to hijack the talk with his desperate cheap flyers stunt, most if not all of the talking points of that script were debunked back then. apparently that is where tone got all his info from. he has also offered to consult tone on the monero scam episode so it will be a softball whitewash as he gives them the opportunity to rebut everything before hand.

You guys can expect tons of FUD, flood and disinformation from "newbie" accounts (and from our usual pets) during the hard fork incoming, claiming DASH is destroyed, millions lost, etc.  That's how our trollero friends react to our changes (sorry to say, but I've been there before).

I am happy to announce that thanks to the Dashforce budget proposal we can focus on getting a solid Incentivized Dash testnet infrastructure implemented.
The idea is to put it to the stress test.
From the budget we have for this month, DF will put about 50 dash towards that goal which will be to incentivize all the test volunteers and supporters who help us test the many different aspects.

What is needed mostly at the moment is the testing of the budget proposals and voting on them, so we can imitate the mainnet as close as possible.

To incentives the volunteers the DF will tip every member activity in testing and we would like to see you do some or all of these like:

Well, I'm pretty much ready for the upgrade, but concerned my disk space is too low. Is there an expectation of initial extra data needed? (I only have 10gb hard drive now on VPS running linux.)

I plan on upgrading or getting a different VPS soon but wasn't sure if I need to do that today, or if I have a week+ to do some research on my options.

Anyone have an idea based on testnet?

I guess just clean out any extraneous things.  Make sure you keep your debug log cleaned out as well.  You can try it, but if you run out of space or ram, you might get kicked off the network.  But you might get away with those specs for a short time?

DASH is on some dark markets for years. but no one uses them. I am sure you could find infos in this thread or just google net. I think it was several darkmarkets, but with them is hard to know how big are they.
