I've reached this point. step 7) test sentinel has nothing to say
at this point, running
venv/bin/python bin/sentinel.py
should return nothing but silence. This is how you know it's working. Even though it seems to have synced correctly. It says, Invalid Masternode Status, cannot continue. Anyone know what I have to do to fix that?

The chart has me a little confused...what percentage of the network has actually upgraded? I don't know which of the three colored lines to look at! Can somebody explain it?

Superb instructions. Thanks! My wallet didn't quite follow the script but things turned out fine (I think). The script said: step 6) launch the wallet, choose "YES" I want to rebuild the block index 12.1 uses a different indexing format so must walk the entire blockchain. step 7) take a break, grab a sandwich, enjoy some sun this can take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours depending on your machine once complete, enjoy your new upgrades! ---- The button actually says "OK" not "YES" (hair-splitting), and in my case the wallet crashed almost immediately after that with one of those unhelpful Windows messages "an error has occurred" (and we know what it was but we won't tell you). I restarted the wallet and it seemed to sync up fine on its own in only about half an hour! Balance and transactions look normal. Very nice!

Ah ok will try that thanks. I think its missing from the instruction. However I've jumped the gun trying other things and will have to wait for sync to finish again ..

when will dash evolution roll out? December 2017 Will Dash be able to use IPv6 by then? It seems ridiculous for Dash to fork Bitcoin and then load on so much extra crap that IPv6 functionality is broken forever. That's not good for the network's diffuse/diverse properties. Any attack that only works on IPv4 takes out 100& of all Masternodes instead of only most of them. You're right! I think we should build our own mesh network because any attack that only works on the Internet will take out 100% of all nodes. Or even use some sort of quantum communications in case they'll come up with EM jamming.

For all those involved on getting 12.1 out and tested. Thank you! All the supporting documentation, the videos, etc.. What a team. Dash is running better than a well oiled centralized company without being centralized. Also a big thanks to all the MN hosting providers, miners, and groups that don't get the typical recognition but play a major part of the success of Dash. Well done, please take a moment and just look at what you all have accomplished and feel proud. We are moving to ANOTHER phase of Dash and I couldn't be happier to be a part of the community. Thank you again. I'm with you with this. Congrats to all. Same here. Much useful help in the Dash Nation Slack. This 12.1 transition is a pleasure.

I don't know which of the three colored lines to look at! Can somebody explain it? The chart does display how many of the mined blocks were mined with the new v12.1 Dash version during a given time frame (per hour, per day and per week). If e.g. during the last day 450 blocks were minded with the old version and 50 blocks were mind with the new v12.1 version the percentage would be 10% (of all 500 mined blocks) and the blue line in the chart would be at 10%.
