Just to be clear, that is a terrible argument. "Where are the victims?" could have been said at the beginning of almost any good scam. Bernie Madoff didn't have any victims in the early 2000s but some people knew his numbers seemed too good to be true and were highly suspicious. We all know that by 2008 he would go down as running the largest Ponzi scheme in American history.

Just because something doesn't have immediate victims does not mean it will not have them in the future.

ok so a maximum of 4411 people own > 60% of the supply. Should we applaud that fact? Or does it show that there is something seriously wrong?
is 5000 masternodes better? Is 6000 masternodes awesome? Is 7000 masternodes the best thing that ever can happen to dash?

The masternode count is nothing more than a number to check how well the HYIP built on top of DASH is doing.
I have to quote this. Dnaelor is doing his best :-) so:

No, Number of masternodes and number of ppl running them is totally diferent. I have part in one masternode. Actually I am one of 50 people sharing 12 masternodes. Yes, there is SHARING SERVICE. Run by members of community and core team when needed. With  respect. For years now, without a single glitch. With highest level of support from all . Actually best community @ crypto as I know.
And I have very small interest here but see what you and others are trying to.  Keep trying. One day you will wake up and see who is iying.

This is why Monerons are getting nervous. Dash closing the gap.

LOL, that must be a trigger.
Looks like dash is medium-long term bullish, while monero is over-hyped and in its bear market. Breaking 117, xmr goes down to double bottom at ~600 medium term. Then we'll see.
But that just price not some emotions pushing you into stupidity of trolling  Wink

You are at DASH tread, not OneCoin. At every ponzi you have victims second day. First one that can not get his money back is victim. At DASH you have choices to do whatever you want. If you buy, you can sell. If you do so, try to sell higher than you bought. You will find that with DASH it is easier than most other crypto. Then you can hold. You may find that with DASH it is better than many other crypto. Then you can put your stack in masternode. You may find that brings small revenue. And that many cripto now have adopted masternode thing.... Then What you want more? This is crypto. And this one is swarmed with jealousy and accusations without any solid proof. I am asking for proof. Real one, not blah-blah. Then I will be first here to say it. So far - it's just blah-blah. As I follow this tread from day one, every line and also many other treads/coins I clearly see what is going on here.

The DashHoles are witlessly indulging in a variation of the Appeal To Incredulity logical fallacy; absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

But "terrible" arguments are all they have.  That's what happens when you prioritize Marketing Over Technology, which is the hallmark of Dash.

The only people being scammed here are the poor souls who listen the trolls here, they belived the FUD and half-lies, they did not the homework properly and therefore lost the boat miserably.

We have been trolled hard since DASH was at 0.1$ or less.

They have called us ponzis, pederasts, terrorists, scammers, idiots and a very long etc. Just because they think they are the "superior tech. coin ever" and they want to destroy the competition.  The sad thing is with flooding trolling techniques they destroyed other coins in the past. This is not going to happen with DASH.

And yes, a lot of people is angry with the trolleros. They represent the most toxic and disgusting community in the crypto scene. Now the new word is "cancer". We are a "cancer".

My mother suffered a cancer damn you bastards. I really hope all the crypto scene unite against you guys.

And one more about "instamine" thing:
Recently Pascalcoin emerged. Dev team is one man.
Very fast after start coin was instamined ( OMG!) Same way as Xcoin ( AKA DASH at time).
Nobody find that a problem. But...
Soon after Poloniex pump (as coin got value and traction) guess who were Good Samaritans to yell "ponzi" "scam" etc...
Sooo butthurt. Guys you are recognized everywhere.

Dnaelor

Roeland, at least you can see something.
Not so long ago 4411 MN, in your opinion was bad and centralised, but that didn't stick so let's try the other way around.
It's freaking good number if you ask me. 60% owned by 4411. Add other users to that number as well.

Btw, in case of Heavy Gustav xmr I would be more concerned. There is a bigger problem. Can you tell me how much does Risto and Co. own? There are other not known whales and of course you have to take FBI into consideration. It's safe to say that more than half is owned by very few people. Nobody knows how much close they are to owning cathastrophic 80% of the supply (wchich make every TX of xmr not anonymous). Also, while you paid psychopaths are pushing this Heavy Gustav monero into every throat so hard, it's safe to say that it's just hardly used shitcoin. Money has been loundered, nothing to see here, wait for another pump - fluffypony

The biggest ponzi is a banking system wchich you, me and many others are taking part of.
Also monero is a ponzi, btc, ltc and every other crypto if you are at it.

Once Evolution is done,  would the storing of other coin private keys be something to consider?  In the sense where multiple (Dash) accounts were available [Savings, Spending, etc), you could also store and send BTC?   Bet people would think that was risky but once you can prove that saving data to the network is as secure (or more secure) than saving it locally, seems like it would be a pretty simple next step.   Followed by the ability to exchange between coins?

Paid 3 days ago.. hope the 4 day cycle continues for a while then! I would be sad to be among the masternode owners who have yet to upgrade, but hopefully they will start noticing missing payments and get the upgrade done.

One payment at these $20 levels pretty much pays for the VPS per month, the rest is car funding so that's great Wink

That doesn't even make any sense. Is this Minority Report? Are you suggesting that Madoff was committing precrime and should have been locked up before he actually started scamming anybody?

By definition, the scam doesn't begin until there are victims. Until the first investor isn't paid back, it's not a scam.*

*He may be committing all kinds of illegal acts, including robbing Peter to pay Paul. But until somebody is actually victimized, it's not a scam.

Anyway, what the hell does that have to do with Dash? We are a few cents away from an all time high--if you believe Dash is "too good to be true" or is somehow a "scam" then just sell your stake. There's a 99.9% chance that you'll get out with a profit. If you don't own any Dash, then just don't buy any. Perfect "scam" protection right there!

P.S. I'm very disappointed to have been "scammed" into buying Dash at $6 each.

What!?

is there a bug in the code to emit 1.5 million coins in 48 hours?

Pascal coin is not a fork of bitcoin and the moment it was launched it solved two major problems already..
 1. human comprehensible addresses

 2. deletable blockchain which resulted to "The first Alt-coin designed to work without a historical operations requirement,
yet is still able to control double spending or check balance."

have you seen my latest findings in Xcoin instamine which is..

1. Evan deliberately hide the concept of masternoding Xcoins (for POS purposes) for more than a month from the public, before and after launching Xcoin..

2. It was his motivation to orchestrate the instamine.

This is correct!

Anyone who has any doubt about Dash just go and read the first 50 pages of this thread and make up your mind. (uncensored thread)

If you do read the pages and still think that there is some "scam" here maybe you shouldn't be in crypto at all!

LoL !

You'd be even more disappointed if you'd have been scammed into not buying it. (And an increasing number now are).

The price could correct 50% from here and still have over 2 year's worth of investors at a gain. I think those (along with genuine skin cancer sufferers) might be best placed to identify the real scammers Wink
